I came here to get my iPad fixed because the screen was cracked. They told me it would cost $260 for a premium repair, so I paid it. When I first got my iPad back, it seemed fine, but I started noticing weird glitches in the first week, which was a bad sign. I didn't think much of it until one day it completely stopped working. My iPad only lasted two months, which really shows how poorly they do their job. I went back and asked if they could fix this mistake. The lady there told me that since the 30-day warranty was over, she couldn’t provide a free repair, which I understand. She said she would talk to her manager to see if they could still offer a free repair, but if not, she was sure it wouldn’t cost more than $100. Then she asked me to leave the iPad so they could evaluate it and decide whether it would be free or cost money. The next day, I got a text saying they would repair my iPad for $239 plus tax! I responded and said 'no.' There’s no way I’m going to spend more money at this place; I’d rather just buy a new iPad. The employee literally lied to me! She told me she knew it wouldn’t be more than $100, and I don’t think that’s fair to me or anyone else. When I returned to pick it up, she told me they had a new offer/revised price because her manager said nobody would pay that much to get it repaired again. They made a new offer for me to send my iPad to their warehouse in Georgia for another evaluation. I was so close to saying yes, but I said no. These people are just trying to negotiate to get more money out of you. They know that people won’t pay those high prices, so they lure you back in to pay less, but in the end, you end up paying more. I would honestly recommend anyone just buy a new device! This place is a scam; they just want to negotiate for more money!...

I changed the battery and it was not the problem. Sent to another store and the battery is 100% ok, the problem was the charging port, got if fixed for half of the price. Came back saying that they gave the wrong diagnostic and they said: that’s your problem, we do not refund it!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! Do not take anything there to fix it!!

The young lady by the name Fatima was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly.
