Just got 3 caramel Frappuccinos... asked specifically for no drizzle on the sides, extra drizzle at the bottom. All 3 drinks were made with drizzle on the sides, virtually no drizzle visible at the bottom. When it was brought to their attention that the drinks were made incorrectly, the rude girl behind the counter said "there's some st the bottom" to which I replied, "ya, a little bit, if you look really hard." She just stared at me silently for a good 30 seconds. I said "are we going to do anything to correct this?" And she continued to stare silently. Even McDonald's will fix an incorrect order, and I'm not spending $20 for 3 drinks at McDonald's.
Pretty abysmal service, abysmal attitude, drinks were garbage. I'd recommend going to a different Starbucks where the staff are more competent and less rude.

Read more4 employees behind a 2 register Counter. 1 register being used. 10 of us in line. They make one drink at a time. Even if you order 2 drinks. 4 people. 1 drink it should be ambrosia. Their drinks aren't that good. I got out of line. Not worth the wait for it if there is no line and at least 3 workers it may get be worth the 10 minutes wait for them to figure it out on the register and make it. If it's a training location they should put up a sign. I'd be more willing to wait then. Shame on...
