We eat at Olive Garden all the time!!! We have always had great service and the food is excellent.. until yesterday. My boyfriend took me to the Hanover, Pa location for a lunch date for my birthday. He got there a few minutes before me and ordered our food...soup,salad and breadsticks. He ordered extra dressing on the side and no olives in the salad. With the 1st bowl of salad we never got the extra dressing. The waitress even acknowledged that she didnt bring it with the salad and would get it for us but never did. It wasnt til we got the 2nd salad and we asked again for extra dressing that she brought some. We then had to ask for our soup after we ate 2 whole bowls of salad and her response was"oh you are ready for your soup?" We have always been served the salad then the soup shortly after without any hesitation from any waitress or waiter we have had in the past. We waited awhile again for our soup and when we asked where it was we were told they were making it. ( we went there at noon so I dont understand why is wasnt already made for a lunch rush) I had to go to the front desk and complain to the girls up front. A manager I presume overheard and went to get our soups out to our table right away. My soup was mainly broth with hardly any potatoes or sausage it in and his had large pieces of kale that you couldnt even eat. My boyfriend ordered another bowl of soup and again we had a long wait to get it to our table( it wasnt ready again we were told) . We received then a 3rd bowl of salad which this time had olives in it as we originally requested no olives. This wouldn't had been a big deal if we had received great even good service from the beginning, but this was not the case. I wish I would have gotten the waitress' name but I dont know what it was, I'm sorry. This is not normal for the service to be like this at any Olive Garden we have been to and just thought you should...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I definitely would and it’s a shame because my family and I loved this restaurant. We ordered food today to go and got 3 salads that were frozen and soggy. The salad had been frozen. I am sure whoever packed it must HAVE seen that they were no long editable and should had been thrown away and remade NOPE they put it in my bag. We got 2 soup and salad with bread sticks. And our son parm chicken with a salad. The extras we asked for wasn’t given to us. I call in after my husband returns from picking up and talk to the manager Matt whom was very rude and short. I told him i couldn’t bring it back due to my husband had to go to work that I could tomorrow and I could send him a picture today. I told him that the salad had been frozen it looked soggy and not editable. He told me that they wasn’t frozen. Basically arguing with me. I asked for a refund since the meal was ruined he told me he would give me a gift card through my email after we hang up. He sure did a $15 gift card which didn’t cover half of what was ruined. I also loved how when on the phone with my husband at time of pick up the girl that brings the food out is basically begging my husband for a tip! Pressuring him to tip her! Definitely need to get better customer service at this restaurant! I called corporate and they took care of me! Hopefully things get better will be a long long time if we do decide to return!
I called guest relations and they told me that they would refund me on 2/26 and they have not! I had to call back into them yesterday and request a refund yet again. I am NOT very happy about this situation at all and I will NEVER eat at your restaurant ever again! Very dissatisfied customer! Give me my money!!

Read moreOur waitress Macy was wonderful. She was very good at choosing a wine that was to my liking, I'm speaking for myself not my party, but they were also pleased. She offered me a sample. I've only ever had red wines and I was under the impression only red wines were sweet. I've only started to get into wines and had only found 2 red wines I liked. Macy was confident I'd like a popular white wine. I forget the name but I took a picture of the Bottle. I believe she said it was the most popular if you like a sweet wine. Her opinion or fact, not sure, She brought the 1 she recommended and it was delicious and yes sweet. I was debating on trying the next white wine she had recommended, or the red so I chose the white. It too was good but still not as good as the 1st. I ordered a glass of the first wine. I was still curious of the red wine and was thinking I should have tried that and after we were finished she informed me we could have 3 samples.Next time I will be sure to try 3 different ones. I'd like to have known that in advance but I forgive her. :) I liked all 3 but the 1st one was my favorite. I've been wanting to to go to a wine tasting festival, yet I don't have anyone interested in wine. No matter what I try I will deff get the 1st wine if I can't find one I like better. Food was great! The menu seemed larger than usual. We ordered the sampler of 3 for our appetizers. I had the ziti, and I never get dessert but I did this time & had the lemon creme cake and it was delicious, Moist, and it was very small slice for the price. Though it was that good it was way to expensive for that price. Sharing made it worse. So I will just think I do not need cake to avoid spending the money on a tiny slice. Now the entree a was generous size....
