July 2023 Stopped in for a BLT. Seated quickly, great service, food came quickly. Would have been a very pleasant experience.. except; Our poor server was vacuuming PLUS taking care of her tables. One table needed something do she laid the vacuum down. The shift manager (owner?) screamed at her, berating her in front of all the customers, threatening to dock her pay, and generally being way over the top for laying a vacuum down. If that was the manager, SHE needs fired. If the owner, a course on personnel interactions. There's never a reason to do something like that in front of customers, nor to scream over a minor offense. Wait staff are people, too. Treat them with respect. ±++++++++++++++++++++

Aug 2022 Went back on a whim. Much better service, food was fair. Laci our server was on point. Only flaw was the host, who acted like we were all bothering him when checking out, so attitude is still a problem for some. Well try it again however. 2021 . Been a few years since I've eaten here. Tonite is probably the last. Food was mediocre at best. The service... I can't decide if the staff was insolent, indifferent, or lazy. There were at least 4 wait staff and maybe 8 tables with customers. 10 minutes to place our order, and 15 for our check. Waitress never did come back to collect it. Finally left cash and too much tip. Regulars seemed to get all the attention, at least when staff wasn't talking and flirting with each other. Do yourself a favor, go to Sheetz. Better food and...

We had come here when it first opened several years ago when it first opened. The food then was decent. We made an impulse decision to go for dinner before doing our grocery. It was my husband, 6 year old son, 18 month old daughter and of course myself. We all ordered breakfast for dinner. Our waitress shouldn't be working in waitressing or any for of customer service. She was young and 1 minute after sitting down with 2 children wanted to take our order. We explained we'd been there before but it had been quite some time and to please give us a little bit of time. 3 to 4 minutes later she's back to take our order and we still aren't ready. I could've seen if the place had been packed but it was completely dead. She rolls her eyes and walks away. She does this twice more coming back to us every 2-4 minutes now. Each time she gets angrier. We finally put in our food order and it takes 25 minutes to get our food. Mind you there's pretty much nobody there. The pancakes were like rubber as if they'd been made first. My 18 month old who loves cheese eggs is gagging on them. My son sausage link is burnt and the outside of his french toast is rock hard. My husband and I decided to cut our loses because we didn't want to deal with the waitress again! It was $40 down the drain. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want a good breakfast! When here to grab a bite for dinner, when we pulled in there was a car sitting in front of the diner with the front driver windows open about 2 in and the sunroof open about 3:00 87° in Hanover and there's a dog in the car I went in to say something to the people running the restaurant then for me that it was their employees dog I said so the dogs been in there all day? She said no her boyfriend has been there for about an hour and they had the windows open I said yeah but 2 in The dog was they said they had the sunroof open but the dog got out and I said it's probably because the dog was entirely too hot how stupid can people be to leave their dog in a car on 87° days I said maybe you should let the employee know that there are concerned citizens as I took my seat someone else came in and complained about the dog being in the car finally the gentleman left about 15 minutes later. The waitress was extremely angry that we had said something and her boyfriend had to leave. Will never eat at this place again when the owner manager whatever she was it was standing there and never said anything about the situation. For this reason I would give this place a zero but that is not an option so I give it a one and I will be letting my friends and family know that this is how they...
