TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not order anything online from this company! It will literally take one month to get your money returned because they send you in circles trying to decide who is in charge of the refunds. Once you call five times and are finally able to speak with a supervisor they inform you they are behind on returns because they are closing hundreds of stores because they are obviously going bankrupt and don't have enough money to process the return so they just hold on to your money hoping that you will forget about it or not notice. # worst online shopping...

Not a good place to get your ears Pierced. I got my ears Pierced there on Tuesday and I went back today cause I saw it swollen. So, I got them take out. And the the guy that was working there was like, you should go see a doctor and its your responsibility to follow the instructions on how to keep it clean. Which I did follow the Cleaning instructions. He did not even offer a refund or a solution beside the doctor. Maybe they should get a better quality Piercing equipment and...

They were super nice and gave my daughter all the time she needed when she became scared at getting her ears pierced. She is 10 years old and has wanted this done for years. But when the time came she became very afraid. The staff let her step away and watch others having it done so she could relax. They were very kind to her. She is now very proud of her ears and has taken great care of them like they instructed her to do. Thank you for...
