DO NOT SHOP OR CONSIGN HERE. She WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! I read terrible reviews but decided to give them a chance. I regret it. Big time. No integrity and a very very very scary encounter where my safety was of concern. I brought in 3 jeans mid Feb to consign. I did not receive email to finish consigned profile as father stated. So I called and she said she was behind and would send it next week. But I didn’t get it again so I called again. Same thing. And then COVID hit, and when I called she said she was not sure what policy they were going to put in place. I said no problem, I understand, when you do should I call you to check or are you going to call consigners? She said she’d call. She didn’t. After l called 4 times and I got the run around I decided to stop in to collect jeans/check. She denied our phone conversations (conveniently) and refused to give me my jeans or a check. I was recording her the whole time due to her hostility and concerns for my safety. I HAVE HERE ON TAPE TRYING TO HIT ME AND MY PHONE OUT OF MY HAND. She called police after I said I was recording her trying to hit me/my phone. Due to it being a business, i was issued a no trespassing bc she asked me to leave a place of business but the police encouraged me to take it up in small claims court. Let me tell you I cried. I mean really really really cried. Not for the no trespassing but bc of the pure lack of integrity of this business, not only not but also refusing to do what is right by another person. Why was I ousted when she was in the wrong on so many levels, particularly that of lacking integrity. Why do nice people finish last? Makes my heart heart honestly. Yeah, so bottom line, believe all the other reviewers and me. DO NOT SHOP OR CONSIGN HERE. SHE WILL RIP YOU OFF. Give your hard earned money to local businesses that respects their customers and their community....

Unfortunately, my experiences have been less than stellar. I consigned several pieces earlier in the year that I can only assume reached the clearance rack (got a whopping $5.75). On my second attempt at essentially donating my clothes, the owner rudely told me that they needed to be dry cleaned and also that she wasn’t ready for anything summer - it’s nearly March btw. I understand that policy is policy, but my goodness lady - no need to be so rude about it. Tone of voice is EVERYTHING. If you hate what you do so much, go ahead and close your doors.
