Decided to get a drink at Starbucks before shopping at Target, big mistake. As we walked into the store there is a large sign advertising a mint chocolate chip frappuccino. Hot day, sounded good. Get to the register and the young lady is killing a fly with a box, and there is a handwritten sign that stated "out of frap". I said I guess that means there is no chocolate mint frappuccio today then. The clerk then rolls her eyes at me and says we don't even make those anyway. I said you might want to take down your sign...she again rolled her eyes. My husband and I decided right then that we would not be purchasing anything they had to sell. I understand that retail and the restaurant business are tough right now...but I have worked both, and I treat all people with respect . There is no reason to be that rude to anyone. Sometimes when the barista is by themselves it's kind of hard to rush them because they are the only one that do everything and has to make your drink. It is a hit or miss since they may not get the right way how to make the drink. Unlike a real Starbucks store they really know how to make the drinks.
