Didn't even make it into the store, and after what I saw today, never will give this place a single cent. Upon arriving, I saw that a woman had fallen in the parking lot and went to make sure she was ok and being looked after. At this point, she was sitting on the ground with a bloody nose. They said they had called for medical assistance. After the woman had been helped back to her vehicle, an office depot employee ( a tall, heavy-set guy with longer hair and a beard that I would guess to be in his thirties) approached the woman with a clip board he had retrieved from inside and told the woman he needed her id. I told the woman that the Office Depot staff had no legal right to demand her id and that first responders would handle any exchange of information. At that point, a female employee (late 50s maybe into her sixties with notably bad teeth) became not only unreasonable, but borderline aggressive. I even pointed out that, while they didn't have the legal authority to demand id from their customers, she actually did have the authority to ask me to leave. She responded by closing the distance between us, getting uncomfortably close to me and pointing in my face while persuing me as I backed away from her. She matched me step for step and refused to say anything but "back off" while she pointed in my face. This was one of the most bizarre interactions I've ever had. I initially thought they were trying to do the right thing and were somewhat ignorant about how to go about it. Now, with the benefit of hindsight, I would say I gave them too much credit. I am utterly disgusted by the way these two office depot employees conducted themselves. I include the descriptive information not to offend or insult anyone, but so that office depot is able to address these issues should they choose to. After what I saw today, I won't be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the absolute worst experience at Office Depot store #202. I sent my flyers using their printme email feature and included the subject line as required. When I went to pick them up, I asked for assistance and was completely refused ā they claimed it was a self-service option and wouldnāt help me at all.
Shaun, the Sr. Assistant Manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. Not only did he refuse to help me, but when I chose not to take the flyers, he also refused to refund me or offer any alternative resolution. I called customer service, and they confirmed that he should have been able to issue a refund, but he still refused.
Eventually, customer service processed a refund by check ā which now I have to wait three weeks to receive. This whole situation could and should have been resolved in-store. Completely unacceptable customer service from both the staff and management at...
Ā Ā Ā Read more4/23/25 9am wow a big difference from the first time I came here. I didn't receive any help at all so I just paid for the blank pages at the print station and left out. I even asked for help but she didn't seem to care much or even assist like the first time I came. I'll try again if I need anything in the future because I give every place 3 times. I just hate that I drove from near Gulf breeze to come here. It may have just been an off day due to the Easter holiday. I had to drop 3 stars for the waste of gas and paper cost.
Thank you Ms. Heidi for going above and beyond even while having several customers. This was my first time here and I was not highly impressed with the service from the tall guy with glasses. Heidi thank you for at least putting effort into the problem I had. You're a star compared to the other guy that just brushed me off and...
