Worst place I've ever been to in my life. Definitely don't recommend. Went and bought washer and dryer from them just for them to sell me the wrong set. Which I had to have a tower so since I already had the loan they found me one completely mangled in the back right corner which I was fine with long as it worked but I got it home and the washer fan was rubbing on the back making it very loud. It did not get it delivered because their people was down with covid for 2 weeks after buying so it was either wait or pick it up. They came and took 2 screws out the top to free it a little whatever i was happy I finally could use it again. 5 days after warranty seal starts to come out of dryer this time which was makng it very loud yet once again. LG sends technician to come out to say it was hit with a forklift most likely and was also rubbing on the inside after taking the drum out from the impact. All they can tell me is sorry. I spent 2,000 when the whole time I could have bought one for 2500 brand new. What's so funny is I call the place that they had work on it the first time to get the work order they make me wait a couple days to tell me they found it but it was just for the installation fee that's when I was like you mean taking the 2 screws out the top so it wasn't rubbing. Remember we installed it because their people had covid. I felt this was something that should have never happened even if the warranty was up by 5 days. The technician that came out said the washer would be going out next more then likely for good and neither one should have even worked as long as they did. First experience with the 599 king mattress sale was great! There was a warranty issue with it and the process was smooth and easy. Fast forward to 7-10-23 we started at the Peoria store and were looking at the mattresses and were between 2 and they were more money. Me and my wife were talking about it and the lady literally told us " if you spend more than $20 for lunch a day you can afford it" I was very offended. So we left and went to the Pekin store guy started out very helpful and sold us a "new" tempurpedic bed after shelling out over 900 extra dollars for it only to last until now. We now have been fighting with them for over a month to even get an answer I have chronic back problems and this caused me to have to go out and buy a new mattress while they supposedly get their "answer". The "owner" is supposed to reach out to me and hasn't. I wouldn't recommend until they make it right

Edit- also tried to contact via Facebook messenger and cannot! So I guess that shows what kind of people operate that...

This was our very first time stopping in mattress Liquidators, we were looking for something specific so we were kind of in and out. As we entered the store the two women at the desk greeted us and asked us what brought us in today, we were looking for a stand-up deep freezer or a double oven and they didn't have either one of those. They were polite and told us about their store briefly, we made our way over to the Appliance section just to browse before leaving. While we were in the appliance section a man named Terry approached us, he was enjoyable to talk to and very down to earth. I asked him if he was the owner and he told us about his past business and that he enjoyed working here now as a retiree. We had a small chat about life and he told us to try back sometime and that hopefully they would have a stand-up deep freezer or a double oven in the near future.
