Very rude employee. I was standing next to an older man that was struggling to fill out his information. The employee was clearly irritated with him, by raising his voice, belittling, and rolling his eyes at the man. It made me uncomfortable seeing an elderly man being disrespected this way when he was just wanting to better his health. During the entire interaction, the man stayed calm and spoke in a quiet tone, as if he was afraid to ask the employee questions. It was sad that the guy's friends even saw the interaction and helped him while the employee went to another computer and ignored him. Read moreI just got a membership here today, and got there about an hour before the closed, but wanted to try to tan and see if I could do a massage table at least. I couldn’t find a worker right away, but then found Cameron. And he was fun, honest, down to earth, friendly, and really helped me out and made sure I was able to both tan and do the massage table.

Read moreFor those who wish to freeze or cancel their membership, the manager will not want to help you, and will tell you you only have two options: (a) cancel in person at gym or (b) send certified letter through mail. This isn’t true; the FTC recently passed a regulation prohibiting bad business practices such as this and forced businesses to make cancellations easier. You still won’t be able to cancel on the app ( although you do have the option to upgrade your membership:)) but simply log into your account on their website and you will see the option to cancel.
