Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Perkins Township

Travelling from Michigan to go camping in Ohio, I was so excited to see a Chick-fil-A as we were looking for a place to eat and pit-stop for the restroom. We do not have any close to us, and I have not had the opportunity to eat there since I was about 12 y/o with my Gma. Im now 43. We missed the signs on the door, and found the dining room had closed only 2 hours prior, at 2pm. Were told a bit rudley the dining room was closed, could not order in, I could not even just use the bathroom. While I can understand some things coming from a food service family, I felt it could have been handled better. The drive thru line was very short, but since we were pulling a trailer, we could not manage that. Seeing 4 staff all at the front when we walked in, and surely more in the back cooking, it was a bit frustrating. Very disappointing experience, especially in the way we were spoken to. There was one car before and 4 cars that attempted to enter after us. They all went elsewhere and we ran next door to Culvers and were able to relax inside and eat a good meal. Very pleasant...

I’m soooo happy with my experience today! As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me and made me feel so welcome. When ordering my food the young gentleman was extremely professional and nice. As soon as I sat down at my table I was also greeted by a nice lady helping tidy up. My food came out super fast and the young lady bringing it out was also very friendly..the food was delicious per usual. Also, another very nice man came and greeted me and took my tray with my trash. While I was leaving the same lady tidying up asked me if I needed anything and went and got me a bag because she saw my hands were full. Every single person was genuinely super nice and so helpful! WONDERFUL!!!!! From walking in the door until leaving what an experience!!! A young man took my sisters and my orders. So sweet, full of energy , so polite....he wS just awesome. He also brought our food to us. We were so impressed with him that we stopped one of the other associates and asked to speak to the manager. Well here comes the young man that waited on us. His name is Brandon and we told him how impressed we were with him. You have a fabulous manager in Brandon and I sure hope you hang on to him. Everything was spotless and everyone was working as a great team to make sure everything was perfect. Just can't say enough good about our entire experience....Brandon and his team were awesome!!!!
