I have had the worst experience with this health center! This place has the worst personal ever. They changed my appointment twice and called me today to rescheduled it! I waited a months for the appointment date and this people calls me a week before my appointment to reschedule it every time. I’ve been waiting months already and they still messing with me. I don’t know if they are moving priority people or just being rude. They never answer the phone but they will call you to change your appointment. Dr. Nelson Serrano is a wonderful doctor/nurse practitioner. He is always informative, and listens to our concerns. He never misses an appointment we have, and we appreciate him as our doctor. The ladies there at reception are super cool and welcoming. They're not rude like other receptionist I've dealt with in the past. Very lovely ladies....
