I arrived at Lilys at 10 AM, their stated opening time. After parking around the corner, I stood outside in the cold as it began to snow. However, the doors were still locked. I saw an employee inside who noticed me standing there. Despite making eye contact, she continued arranging decor and plugging in lamps, then walked away without acknowledging me.
