Very snobby manager. Didn’t seem to want to help all customers. I wandered around waiting for her to ask me for help not wanting to bother her but she only selected “certain people” to see if they needed help. Then, when I asked her a question of price matching; she rudely replied “NO” . I dropped all the store merchandise I was going to purchase and decided not to ever come back based on her behavior. I previously shopped here for all my card and gift needs but now I will turn my attention to Online shopping. Besides, the prices are much more reasonable online than at this store And I don’t have to worry about being embarrassed to ask questions or not feel bad of not wanting to be helped. A big merry Christmas to the employee who gave my elderly father a snide remark about waiting to the last second to finish holiday shopping. He is in his late 70s and struggles with memory issues. He enjoys what independence he has left and came home dejected and embarassed after setting out to get a few last minute items that he previously forgot. I really enjoy hallmark and I decided to make the drive from Mill Valley to Petaluma to visit this location.
