Really poor customer service. I was just shopping in here today for my daughterās birthday shopping spree. She had a ton of fun running around getting cute items. I went to checkout with 2 cashiers working . As they were ringing us up I gave them my number for my membership. I asked them about some sort of birthday coupon we had heard about . They said they doubted it would apply to my daughterās birthday since you need to be 18+ for a membership. They told me to login to see if there was a scannable code on my account. As I was logging in they finished ringing us up . They told me the birthday code needed to be a separate transaction anyway so I should pay and close the transaction. I did so, and then volunteered to move aside as there were a couple other people in line. When I logged in there was no birthday coupon (which is fine, Iām sure theyāre right that I needed to use my own birthday since Iām an adult) but there was a 10% off coupon. I asked them if I could use that and they just looked at me blankly and said no youāre already done with that transaction. Now look, I get it. It was my mistake for not knowing that your account carries your coupons. But for a $315 bill and me being a customer that just checked out 2 minutes prior, I really saw an opportunity to be human and acknowledge the mistake and attempt a solution. Yes, I know going forward. but it was disappointing that they had zero interest in providing customer service. It was very much a ātoo bad, byeā attitude. Basically, my advice is skip this location altogether and go to one of the ones that have auto self checkout so then at least youāll understand why the thing youāre interacting with is acting like a robot. To this store you are truly just a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is cute but smaller than I expected. Since itās still new, it felt a bit cramped and crowded. My biggest concern was the lack of price tags on most items. I only noticed some tags on a few shelves, a few mugs and pens, while the majority of facial products had none. I prefer to know prices upfront to ensure items fit my budget and not be surprised by the price at checkout, because Itās frustrating to carry multiple items to the checkout only to ask for prices.
Additionally, I didnāt see any baskets available, which meant I had to carry everything in my hands. Itās possible they were all taken, but I didn't see anyone carrying one and we were never offered one, so they may not have any.
While I did see a few face products, many werenāt labeled in English, making it difficult to read ingredients or understand what the products were. Some items that appeared to be perfumes lacked testers, names, labels, or clear descriptions.
At checkout, I was surprised to be asked if I wanted to buy a bag. I believe that if Iām purchasing multiple items, a bag should be provided without an extra charge.
I might consider returning once the initial chaos calms down, but Iām uncertain if this store is for me. It may appeal more to young adults or kids who enjoy that style. Iām always on the lookout for unique face products, but the lack of information and pricing is a significant drawback.
Lastly, I noticed that none of the employees greeted us or offered assistance during our visit; the 4-5 employees remained behind the cash registers the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHereās the thing. So many of you are complaining about this store are honestly ridiculous. This is a Chinese owned company that branched over here in the US - one itās hard to get prices on everything when itās in another language so complaining about that is honestly childish just go ask an employee how much something is. Simple. Two itās a novelty based store meaning - YOU SHOP YOURSELF. Employees are required to ācustomer serviceā you in novelty based stores you walk in and do your own shopping and if a you need ASSISTANCE the employees are there to HELP not service you. So again complaining about service is childish like who cares. Every time Iāve come into this location everyone has been super kind and nice and helpful if I needed anything.
Iāve seen multiple people talk about the hours and honestly yāall need to grow up. Going to a place 10 minutes before they close is RUDE to the employees who also have lives and donāt need to be there while you āshopā late. Just because a place closes at 9 does NOT mean they let people in the doors all the way till 9. They can stop letting people in the doors 10 minutes before closing to allow their last customers to finish up their shopping. Yall complaining on google need to get a life. Itās giving āi have too much free time on my hands so iām gonna complainā itās giving jobless. Grow up and leave these people alone. Donāt like the store donāt shop...
