I cannot say enough about this store but I will say what I can. Steve is simply the best! I am a first time home owner and I do not know a thing about paint or its various levels of application. the first time I went in, it was just to browse, gather information, and set the groundwork for my major paint project at my new home. Steve sat down with me and we went over whites and the various shades. He also told me about the different levels of paint. I was not pushed or forced to buy anything. On my second visit, I was ready to move forward with the actual planning and purchase phase. Steve was there once again to walk me through with the selection, paint amount and purchase. Once again, he did not try to upsell me on the paint and other things I might need to complete the job. We set a date for when I could pick up the paint. I made a final decision about the exterior paint color and I was able to make the payment online. The pick up went as planned and the job was done to perfection. I did not realize how easy the entire process could be. Benjamin Moore is the best paint out there and nothing really compares to the vibrant colors and the beauty of its application. Notice I did not say cheap but if you want quality you pay for quality. I cannot be more emphatic when I say that I LOVE this place. The employees are always incredibly friendly and phenomenally helpful every single time I visit. They help me decide which products will work best based on what I am painting, and give me upgrade options while explaining the product differences in detail, and then? They help me get the giant 5 gallon buckets into my trunk, and they do so happily.

For context, I don’t purchase a contractor amount of paint, but decidedly more than an average human does. Every time I have been pinched, and try to complete a project using the most high-end product available at the big box stores, I ultimately regret it and wind up here anyway. Used to be good, went there and they were doing 1 paint match at a time, mixing before starting another. Really just wasting time. After 45 minutes for 3 paint matches I asked if they could maybe do 2 at a time, as they did another customers while I was waiting. They said they could only do one at a time. I asked seriously? The guy said look that's the way it works. I said just let me get my paint. This is taking too long. The guyixing said just wait(after 3 color adjustments) one more time it will be perfect.
