service was awful. Sara, the woman helping me, was complaining about her partner, answering phone calls, helping other clients and watching a child while doing my nails. she kept getting up and doing things, leaving me to wait on her which i think is unprofessional. she claimed she has 22 years in the industry yet couldn't do a simple design. i did not get the design i asked for, barely similar. online the price was 35 for acrylic full set, i paid 20 to hold the appointment and then paid an extra 55 after she was done for a design that was maybe worth 10 dollars, especially since it wasn't even correct. she was rushing me because she had another client who wanted her attention and she had to get her child to a dentist appointment and get him mcdonald's. if you have prior commitments that's fine but i would much rather come when you have time and not be squeezed in because you want some extra cash. there are bubbles all in my polish and it has been two days and it is already lifting and peeling. when i got home i had to re file most of my nails and scrub whatever dried on gunk she left on all my fingers. design is uneven and there was polish all over my fingers. 75$ + 15$ tip for a terrible job, i've never had worse...

I called ahead and the owner answered the phone and told me I could come in without an appointment. I was so happy because I was desperate for a pedicure. I walk in and sit for a few minutes, when a man comes up and tells me he can take me back for a pedicure (great). During the pedicure he cut the skin right off my toes and when I pointed it out he said it was okay (it clearly wasn’t) after he finished he indicated that someone would be over to paint my toes. All of my toe nails were butchered. Some regular length others so short there was barely a nail. I was mortified, when I mentioned it to the lady painting my toes she told me that he only helps out when they’re really busy. I would’ve rather waited for someone who knew what they were doing. I didn’t even bother to stay for my hands because I was so upset.

Loved the way they did my nails. Got the shape perfect, I asked for almond shape and they did not look bulky at the ends 💕.

Thought I found my go to place for my nails, but last time I went in to get a refill I asked for a design on my nails and the guy said sure I’ll freestyle it, I was excited because I thought I’ll be having nice Halloween nails, and he comes out and pulls out STICKERS , I was shocked didn’t know how to say no. Like I’m a paying customer same as the others, why treat me differently? Did me asking the price of designs made them think I wouldn’t be able to afford it? And they’re pricey but I’m the type of person where I see quality I won’t mind paying for it. I paid $46 for a refill, gel and stickers! on my nails.

It’s kinda sad because I won’t be recommending them anymore. I’m a server and I would constantly get compliments on my nails and I would always let them now where the place is since I work close...
