Horrible service , save your time & go to the actual store not this location !!!!!!!!!!!! Went in on 06-02-2025 To return an item that I purchased yesterday due to it having a hole in it Stood in line no issue at first I was called next & older lady 3rd reg. so I explained why I was returning the item she goes in with no hello nothing nasty as hell she then started to look for the hole o it’s not a hole she said it’s a little imperfection so I said things happen so then she goes & said o well it’s on sale like o well you get what you paying for basically so I explained regardless if it’s full price or sale it shouldn’t be then end of the return she hands me the receipt & refund shoves the the money in my hand then walks away like I inconvenienced her then I ask for her manager because regardless of your day human being to another you don’t just treat ppl like that especially when I could of possibly exchanged my item I wait no problem the poor young lady goes to look for one then finally this lady comes over to the front end & guessing by her body language & she was differently dressed she is the manager so cool no issues right before she gets to me she talks to the lady first then comes to me like o what happened like I was a child & another we all have hard days especially in retail world I get it but you just didn’t care or just had enough because your store is short staffed

I won’t come back so o well I will travel to the actual store regardless she didn’t care or & the lady was comfortable doing so it was not the first time I’m sure so now I’m without my item & I wanted yesterday for an outfit I was putting it to match my other item I purchased yesterday…… So hopefully someone from the company can see this & fix it & for the young lady that wanted to help thank you I...

I had a terrible experience at this store a few months ago, particularly with the pervasive culture of profiling and Hostility…. All for clearance items under $10. The hostile And suspicious culture Was evident from every single team member in the store. I came to the store visiting from the Washington DC area and I’ve always had a great experience of Bloomingdale’s but I’ve never in my life experienced what I did this day in the store and I will never be back. It was so surprising to come from a team That was 100% African-American. You can just tell from their attitudes that this was a cultural issue, endorsed by their management team and probably corporate. I’m not sure the type of clients they’re used to dealing with or what they have to go through having a store in the city, but they shouldn’t be taking it out on tourists and people visiting. We asked a question about dress sizes and the tan never responded by ignoring the question we asked and instead telling us that we can’t take items into the dressing room. We never asked to try any items on and we were no where near the dressing room area. The list goes on and on. I don’t care how many fake reviews are on this website, they need to clean house and...

I accidently stumbled upon this place and have returned back since several times. I love their wide range of collection and in particular their 100% Cashmere sweaters which I get from the clearance. This is one of the very few places (and the only place I have been to) which also have 2-ply Cashmere on the clearance too. When it comes to cleanliness, well organized, professionalism and courteous service they do not fail to exceed expectations!

In particular I want to mention about DEBORAH and SALEEM who helped me out today. I had a long list of questions and had a few products to return and they most patiently dealt with it and made sure I was 100% satisfied. In fact DEBORAH walked with me all the way to the clothes rack, spent time with me and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, needless to say I was overwhelmed by her kindness, sense of duty and responsibility. I think DEBORAH definitely deserves a special mention and hence this note.

A big shout out to DEBORAH and SALEEM and it is because of employees like them that shopping at Bloomingdale becomes such a wonderful experience and makes me want to visit the store...
