I had an awful experience here last Friday. I took "before" pictures of my nails because I had never been to this salon before and was very happy with their current shape/length (I'd be happy to show these to anyone who asks so they can see how badly my nails were butchered). I told the manicurist I did not want my nails shorter or to change shape too much, but that if tips were needed on a couple to keep the length even, I'd be happy to do that. An hour and 45 minutes into the dip manicure, where Monica repeatedly jerked my hands and fingers around and told me I was causing issues by the way my hands were resting (this was new to me after 20+ years of receiving manicures), I expressed concern that the nails were lumpy and misshapen. She had filed them a ton and then put endless arbitrary dip coats on each. She snapped at me that she wasn't finished. Upon completion my nails are completely different shapes, lengths, and there are about 10 layers of dip causing crooked, bulging nails. I expressed my concern and she said it was my fault and if I wanted fake nails for the ones she had cut too short I should have said something. I didn't pay the $50 they tried to charge me. I'm getting them fixed by a trusted salon with dip experience ASAP.

I'm very happy with my experience here. Autumn was my technician and she was very sweet. I went in to get acrylics but she told me I didn't need them because my nails were strong and long enough to just get gel. Saved me $10, and she definitely didn't have to do that! I thought that was really nice and thoughtful of her. She also did a great job on my nails and I'm quite happy with them. The color was a bit too transparent but that was just the specific color that I picked, and she did 5 coats to try and get them more opaque. Everyone else at the salon was also very nice, accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back.

My favorite dip manicure I have ever had in my life and I’ve had tons. Doris did my dip soak off and manicure - she made it so low profile and smooth and it looks super fabulous. If you’ve had dip before you know it can look super thick and almost like acrylic! This looks like gel!! But more sturdy for sure. Sonia did my wife’s mani/pedi and we left smiling and looking forward to the next appt! I requested a gel top coat (their normal is a polish clear top coat) and it’s shining beautifully. Staff were so incredibly kind and genuine. Complimentary water/soda/wine as well! Credit card accepted but cash tips only. Highly highly recommend.

If I could do a negative star review I would. I came in to get a hard gel manicure and gel pedicure and decided to get a brow and brazilian wax while I was already there since the place had good reviews. It was the worst decision of my life. The pedicure was amazing and I give that service 5 stars but the manicure left a lot to be desired.

I've never had someone build nail extensions with gel without using nail forms and I can see why they wouldn't. The gel wouldn't stay high enough while it was curing and eventually engulfed my nail, burning my fingers in the curing process. I didn't want to extend my nails long enough to warrant a glue on extension so I opted for the tech to build it. That was the worst 20 or so minutes of my manicure experience. It was painful to put my hand in the UV light to cure after every time she kept adding gel to the nail. They turned out great in the end, but that shouldn't have been that painful and that long of a process.

After my manicure I received a very relaxing and wonderful pericure and would definitely go back for that - I was offered a drink and was given the royal treatment (hot stones and all) and I was just about ready to forgive the whole manicure experience. Little did I know that I would be regretting my afternoon when I got into the wax portion of my day.

The brazilian wax was horrid - they use soft (strip) wax for the entire process and the wax is definitely too hot to be put on such sensitive skin. The woman that provided the wax was kind and nice enough but it didn't make up for the fact that I watched in horror as she waxed me strip by terrifying strip. I was paying so much attention to the process on my nether regions that I didn't notice until too late that she was using the same spatula/stick for the entire wax! Double/triple/quadruple dipping into the wax. When I saw that I practically puked in my mouth and I couldn't get out of there sooner. I practically ran out of the salon and ran to another salon just to get my brazilian touched up and to see someone use hard wax on me. That was the worst experience of my life and I'm still scarred just days after. Especially since I woke up this morning noticing dry, peeling skin, and realizing that that...

I used to love this place and went regularly for years but my latest experience really made me not want to return here again. If Monica is doing your nails you should request someone else. I had a gel mani and pedi scheduled and on that day she was manning the front desk while trying to do my nails. The entire time she was looking around at the other workers, training them verbally in Spanish and running back and forth making appointments as other clients came in. It was incredibly stressful and the rushed and inattentive job showed in how my nails turned out. I asked her to be very gentle with my cuticles and after my pinky cuticle started bleeding she didn’t acknowledge it nor apologize - just got annoyed when I asked her to fix a nail she had sloppily painted on. There are plenty of other places to get your nails done where you won’t feel so rushed and stressed. I don’t think anyone should be answering phone calls, manning the front desk and payments and appointments, while taking...
