BLACK WOMEN SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever endured. I called and asked if they were accepting walk-ins and the woman that answered the phone happily told me to come in. However, once I arrived I was instantly uncomfortable. A young woman met me at the door and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted a French manicure and pedicure. Once I sat down she started working on my nails, and then asked me to go over to the pedicure chair. The woman that did my pedicure was pleasant, but when I didn’t choose the most expensive pedicure her energy changed. As I waiting for her to start, two more women walked up to me saying that I needed to get gel because anything else is a waste of money. I let them know I already had gel and would like the exact same thing. The woman that started my manicure came back over and said oh your pedicure will be 95.00, and the customers sitting beside me looked puzzled. So I told her that was fine and I knew exactly what I asked for. She continued to do my nails while I was in the pedicure chair, which was uncomfortable but I honestly just wanted to hurry up because I wasn’t enjoying it. She also mentioned that my nails would be 85.00, something that she didn’t do to the other women that walked in after me, except a young black woman and they acted if they were doing her a favor by servicing her. They constantly told her how much things were, when she explained what she wanted, until she told them she wasn’t interested in prices, she just wanted her nails done. When it was time to pay I handed the woman that did my pedicure my card, another woman walked over and immediately asked if and how much I was tipping. I told her to add 20.00 to my total and she said if I didn’t have cash (I didn’t) I could either cash app or Venmo her (the irony)I told her I had cashapp and she stood in front of me with a QR code and said I can’t find your name! By that point I had enough, I used the atm in the back of the store, handed her a top and left. My services were rushed, and sloppy and not worth the money, but I appreciated their effort despite the awkwardness. Most of the women don’t really speak English so the rude women spoke for them. I noticed the trend with how they treat African American customers in comparison to other women and it was embarrassing and...

Today was my first time here and I’m generally happy with my nails. My nail tech definitely took her time with filing and shaping, and even reshaped for me when I pointed out that one of my nails was slightly crooked. She let me adjust the length multiple times, she did a good job with the lines for my French and the chrome on top looks super pretty.

The only things that I am kind of unhappy with is that the gel-x form didn’t get as close to my cuticle as I would like, and I feel like it’s going to look too grown out, too early, because of that. Not a huge deal, but next time I think I’ll just ask to see if they can try to get a little closer. Just something to keep in mind if you are picky about being close to the cuticle line like me.

The last thing is the pricing of the chrome add on. It was $23? Possibly $25 for chrome… I thinks that’s absurdly overpriced for what it is. It’s a less than 5 minute addition and doesn’t take much more effort than rubbing it on the nail. With my French and chrome the additional cost for design was nearly $50. Which is over half the base price of the gel-x service and put my total at $130.

I’m more than happy to pay for design/time, and think $25 for the hand painted French is fair. $25 for chrome though, that’s a bit of stretch...

UPDATE: After just a couple days my nail broke. It's causing a ton of pain. I dont know what kind of products they are using but it must be cheap because it broke so easy. I dont have a job where I work hard with my hands. They charged me so much only for the nail to break almost immediately. I cant figure out how to post the picture or I'd post them.

I was here from out of state and had broken a nail. I wanted to just get one nail fixed but they didn't have a color match so I got a dip powder set. It took longer than I have ever had this service take. I asked to get a polish change since now my nails didn't match my toes but they didn't have a comparable color match so I got a French on my toes. No pedicure just a color change with gel polish. They charged me 65 dollars for a COLOR CHANGE. I couldn't believe it. The dip powder set was also overly priced. All of it took so long. The girl next to me asked to leave before her services were done because she had somewhere to go and they took so long. Upon paying they asked for a cash tip. We said we didn't have cash. Then they asked for our cashapp for a tip. They were pushing the tip so hard even though they had already grossly over charged us. I would never return. My nails look ok about a 6 or...

This is my first time here from a referral from a friend. I was running errands and appointments with my Mom majority of the day. I have been taking on extra shifts since the Holidays and into the New Year. As you can imagine all of my nails got broken and my feet neglected. It was a last minute decision to get a gel pedicure and full set of nails done. The staff made accommodations for me and my Mom. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, provided excellent services, handicapaccessible, and fair pricing. The decor is casual nice and atmosphere quite Zen. We were offered a nice selection of tea, coffee and or glass of wine šŸ·. I had a delicious passion fruit hot ā˜•ļø tea. Lucy was my specialist on nails and pedi while the talented artistic Ivvy did my beautiful nail art šŸŽØ šŸ˜. I would give this location beyond 5 stars 🌟 but unfortunately the parking is not easily available due to off street and kiosks being problematic. Despite that, I would absolutely come again and give recommendations.

While I was getting an acrylic full set done, I had really high hopes because the nail tech was spending a lot of time (and what seemed like detail) on shaping my nails. However, once she finished the nails we’re not uniform at all, all of them are different shapes, thicknesses, and they are bumpy. She then proceeded to apply gel polish which I did not ask for but was fine with. The polish was not applied evenly and it is still transparent. Not to mention, I got my nails done yesterday and they have already begun to chip which has never happened to me with gel. In total, the full set was $80 which is already pricy, but adding on all of the things that went wrong with this manicure it is wayyyy too expensive. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.
