The installation of my tv mount and 65” tv is perfect ! They’re very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, quick, communicative, prompt and on time, friendly, and great fair pricing. They were also able to come out the same day on 12/20/23 (right before the holidays) and complete the installation promptly and properly ,with no issues whatsoever . As well as putting down something to protect my floor & they were cleaning up during the installation (which was quite impressive might I add) , and after the installation , leaving no mess behind, including the packaging from the TV and wall mount! This was greatly appreciated and showed their preparation. They also sent me text reminders to keep me updated on the status of their arrival, and gave me a phone call once they were a few minutes away and had arrived . No other companies in the area that do tv wall mount installation services were able to schedule an appointment to come out for the installation for about another two weeks or so from the date stated above, and those other companies were also asking for a higher price or a similar price to that of what Computer Mafia charged me, they were also able to come out the same day that I called, requesting their services. They also evaluated my damaged MacBook pc for me while they were here to complete the installation, and said that they would be able to fix it for me as well, and told me to just give them a call once I was ready to get it fixed. I’ll certainly be using Computer Mafia for any electronic needs, installations or other services they offer, that I may need in the future! I’d most definitely recommend computer mafias services to family, friends, and in fact anybody else in need of professional quality electronic services , installations, and other services that are offered through their company for a fair price, reliable and professional work, and quick timely service. I have to Thank Mike beyond measure for what he has done for me just this past weekend. I was having severe issues with my Mac and was beyond frustrated. I reached out to Mike because all of my family uses him and he has never let them down. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient when it comes to meeting your needs as well as answering all your questions. I work on my computer all day long for work so you can only imagine how unbearable it was to not be able to complete simple tasks. Mike took my computer to work on it and he had it back with my deadline requested due to my work schedule. He was able to get it back to me not only in time but working like a brand new computer. Mike is the best!!!!!! I had a 2011 mac 27 inch refurb I bought from Walmart.com from a company called "CTS warehouse" on 02/2020. It stop working 07/2020 !!! I contact CTS and Walmart. CTS gave it a 30 day warranty. Thank god I bought Square trade warranty for repairs. I took it to a computer repair guy on Buselton Av. He check it and gave the wrong diagnostics on the computer.
