I started practicing yoga at Dhyana because I was in search of a Philadelphia yoga studio that could challenge me both physically and spiritually. Regardless of your level of experience, you'll feel like you're part of a community if you start practicing at Dhyana regularly. I recently took Dhyana's weekend yoga Teacher Training class and I can say it exceeded my expectations on every level. It wasn't just a "yoga training" it was a deep journey in personal exploration and development. At first I was a bit intimidated because this place teaches “real” yoga (as opposed to fitness classes that incorporate some yoga) and has a lot of advanced students including many yoga teachers even in “all levels” classes.
