I wish I could rate this twice. I would give the store manager Christine a 1 star. However I want to give Pandora customer service a 5 star rating. I went into the store to purchase a gift and I saw a bracelet that said $90 on it. When the manager rung it up she stated that it was $210.00. I tried to explain to her that's not the price that I saw. She replied oh well that's on you. I was upset and called corporate with the issue and they fixed it. I love pandora and this is the only time I've dealt with this kind of attitude from someone at the store or online level. However I do feel better because the customer service woman was right on it. That's what I know pandora for. I can't wait until my next purchase from them. I absolutely love the way that they do conduct business. Thank you customer service representative, and Christina you should work on your attitude and if you're going to talk about your boss in a negative way next time wait until the customer leaves...

• I Highly Recommend this Location* I purchased several pieces of Pandora from online and not 1 item came with a box or pouch. After a week of calling the Willow Grove location with no answer or in store help I contacted the Manager (Mercedes) at the Plymouth Meeting location, yet again I received excuses and still no help. All I wanted was to have my items boxed but store after store had excuses and complete lack of customer service. When I called the Walnut street location Terese (Forgive me if I misspelled) was kind on the phone and without hesitation told me to come on in. I was relieved and got there as fast as I could. Of course there was a wait given the Holidays but when my turn came Terese boxed all of my items, apologized and wished me a Merry Christmas. Hats off to her and her customer service skills!!!!

My friend and I walked in the store on August 18th at around 3pm and we had the worst experience. We were looking for a friend symbol charm, but the lady kept saying they did not have those in the store. Then we just found a couple of friend charms were displayed on the top corner. The lady was extremely rude and seemed like she just did not like us there. She even asked us if we have a bracelet or not in a very unfriendly tone. I think it’s probably because our clothes were not fancy?! After I showed her my bracelet, she gave us look every where we went and not being helpful at all. I felt terrible since my friend and I really wanted to have a couple charm. The store and that lady ruined my...
