Literally the worst customer care ever. They sent me the incorrect item and I never received the item I ordered. They refunded me after I filed the claim with a photo of the incorrect item and sent me a return shipping label. I sent back the incorrect item and 2 months later, I get an email that says I am being charged for the item. "Per your recent conversation with our Customer Service team, we have placed a charge on the credit card that you designated." This conversation did not happen. I did not authorize this and they are essentially charging me for an item I never received, as they never did send me the correct item. They said there is no tracking info for the incorrect item I returned which is not my fault, and it really doesn't matter when it was their mistake in sending me that incorrect item. I discussed at length on the phone and through text with their customer service and they treated me like I was lying and there was nothing they could do. They led me to believe in the text thread that I would be refunded, but when I called to confirm, this was not the case. I am having to file for a fraudulent, unauthorized charge on my account with my bank. This is not ok. I will never purchase from them again, and advise that no one does. I’m visiting from out of town and needed this sweater for an event tonight and wanted to do a simple exchange for the same one. I had my license, debit card, bank statement, everything but the receipt. One of the employees was nice enough to try and contact my home store, but still keep saying they were unable to do anything for me. They made me feel as if I had stole this top and said my tag did not even match the item I was bringing in. Being profiled as someone who “stole” this sweater was insane to me l. For some unknown reason,. they shipped my Christmas order to Mexico City instead of Albuquerque New Mexico. I have had to contact them 6 times, that's right 6 separate phone calls, placed on hold each time of course, about the non-delivery of one single item. I still have not received the item, they refused to give me a refund for the item they couldn't deliver to me at all let alone on time, and they told me if i disputed the charge they would block my account.
