Market St & 6th St — Local services in Philadelphia

I had to search for this location for my recent trip via Megabus, but the actual Megabus bus stop is located near this intersection (look for a bunch of people with luggages that aren’t homeless). I took the PHL - NY line and was glad I went there 15 minutes early since the bus came about 10 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. I’m not sure if this is the usual experience with all Megabus lines, but the one I took was super spot-on in terms of timing. I booked the 7:30am bus and we left right at 7:30am as scheduled. The ride was smooth and comfortable enough although it did get a little chilly during the trip. I paid extra ($8) to get seating at the front section on the upper deck and thought it was worth it. The view wasn’t much until you get to New York, but it’s still nice to see the sky through the rooftop window. During the ride, I believe the bus driver also announced sightseeing spots but I couldn’t hear anything since the speaker on the upper deck didn’t seem to work. I had a highly disappointing experience with Megabus. I had a reservation for a bus, but it never arrived due to a road closure. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. Megabus didn't reach out to inform passengers, leaving us in the dark. When I reached out to their customer service for assistance, the representative's behavior was unacceptable. They were rude and unhelpful, refusing to connect me with a manager or process a refund to my credit card. Overall, the complete lack of customer service and communication makes me hesitant to ever use Megabus again.
