This store is the size of a closet. It's not a place you go into to shop. You quite literally cannot stand anywhere in the store without 3 employees visible. They have decent manners, and while they were a bit too chit-chatty to answer my questions which I found slightly rude, I didn't per se think they were intentionally nasty...but I would never ever go back in here because of the sheer discomfort of a store that is so tiny, you can't even look at a shirt without at least 2 people coming up to you. The package was delivered a day early. Reformation didnt notify me of the delivery at all. The next day, I did not see the package anywhere, so I went to their customer service team to report it.
They’re forcing me to wait three business days (which would be 10/29) before they’ll even consider re-shipping the item. Of course it won’t make it to me by the wedding since I leave for the wedding on 10/30 (gives me less than 24 hours of shipping time).
I asked them to logically think about it and make an exception and they refused. Customer service sucks, and package tracking...
