Terrible experience from marketing all the way to their contract signing, mail forwarding and account finances and management. They do not take care of a simple issue that you may have; everything with them is a hassle and a headache and there is nobody to address things, nobody! Do not think that the team they put in these offices can address things. Now, I'm expecting Regus to come here and say "we do not recognize you." well here is my account number with Cira Center 12738018, and my other account number 13783187. Regus needs to re-assess the staff in Cira Center ASAP. Been trying to transfer since November 2021. Claims she never sees any of my emails. Then says she's so overwhelmed and can't get her work done. We had to physically drive there and found out she held onto mail for months. Finally got the transfer papers and she still doesn't process it properly. Keeps charging me for Philly space even though I should be in DE by now. It's April and she still can't get the transfer finalized! So...

I pay for weekly mail forwarding - they send it monthly. I email the center - they ignore me. I submit an inquiry through the portal - they tell me to email the center. I complain again to the portal, who loops in the center - the center tells me they are in fact sending mail weekly (they aren't).
