I'll give it 3 stars since I only had one bad experience, aside from everyone being super sweet and nice as the other reviews described as mostly true. I'm on the $149 a month membership. I've been going to Jazzi's for over a year and make my membership payment on time every month and still do. I have about two months left of my membership that I don't plan on renewing. Laura was nice when I first met her, she even asked for me to give her review after her first couple of services, which I'm glad that I waited to do. Now, remind you, I have been going here for over a year receiving chemical peel treatments, so I pretty much worked with mostly all the nurses. With me being so consistent, I was able to see everyone's real personalities, which was overall nice. I have even attended their botox and bubbles event and brought treatments then. I spent over $2000 in services, anyways, the first red flag was when Laura explained to me that anything brought on Groupon is questionable which is strange because that's how I got my first service with Jazzi. She seemed to really care about my skin treatments and other issues I disclosed in confidence to her but Laura's true colors were exposed today. I went there to have a lipflip and she was sooooo rude. Not sure if it's because I came in with comfortable attire such as a bonnet and champion slides but she was nasty and even looking at me in a nasty way when I was going through my phone. Then tried to smile it off, fake. She rushed the services and consistently said that she could be helping another client and I asked was there a reason she was being rude and she said if I wanted to research she could be helping another client. Just rude. Then after I quickly decided to go with the services, she poked my lips and didn't even offer a wipe, when there was blood clearly seen on my lip. I had to ask for one. Laura knew her services was bad, so she followed me to the front desk to see if I would complain. I didn't want to appear rude or "ghetto" so I calmly went to the office and told the manager of her behavior and was nicely offered skin samples. My issue is people already go into a cosmetology facility with nerves and insecurities they want fixed, spas especially medical ones, are supposed to make you feel comfortable, not try to intimidate you. Laura is fake and it doesn't matter how my appearance was. I work two jobs and never have a day off to shop or run errands, you don't know what a person is going through. I also spent over $2000 in services. You have no right to treat any paying customer, patient or client like that. So my last service is in February. I just asked for medicine and won't be going back. Laura gives off smiling...

Debated updating my review. But want to be honest with people that choose to go here. I had my lips done initially back in January, brought a friend for comfort, he was given a goodie bag just because yet me the paying customer was given NOTHING from the front desk. I had to ask for an ice pack and lip balm… that should’ve been a red flag. Anyway, It was my first time. Lauren was extremely nice. But the whole procedure was rushed. I didn’t get what I feel like a consultation should be, like I’ve seen other places do. Very detailed and in depth on what to expect, mapping out what I wanted. Instead, It was quick, I wasn’t provided a mirror to explain what I wanted just told her briefly and she was already injecting. I was then rushed out after because she had another appointment. My results were not good. My lips were uneven. Had bumps. Horrible bruising and swelling. I was just not satisfied. Thankfully I did not use the full syringe that I got. so I went back a second time to get them evened out about a month later. I was able to see Dr. Ali the second time. He did a way more in-depth consultation due to me not being happy with them. I did leave there looking crazy like I got punched in the mouth since he only put filler on one side of my lip to even it out. My bruising again was extreme and swelling was horrible to the point I was concerned and had to reach out for assistance. I however do like these results. Am I in love with them? No. Do I feel like it worth almost $1000? No! I was going to give them another chance because I was comfortable going there. They send a ton of promotional texts about events. But every time I would reply with questions I was never given a response. And it was definitely a number they reached out to me at to get my money and when I was asking questioned about my horrible bruising. So whatever, I won’t be back. Lots of other places that have quality work and great customer service and better pricing. Leaving my old review because it is what it is. I left it right after my service but should’ve given it more time to really dissect my experience.

I cannot speak highly enough about jazzy, cosmetic surgery! Dr. Aneesh Gupta, Is absolutely outstanding, and a true artist in plastic surgery ! Not to mention, he has a phenomenal bedside manner, and it’s just a sweet soul! Stephanie Ina Is the Sweetest soul And is outstanding and assisting in the OR! Anesthesiology was phenomenal. I’m normally the type of person that get sick with What? Any kind of anesthesia and I got up and went home. No problems at all. Never felt sick once. Not to mention, I am a very hard stick for over very hard to get an IV and he both times Had the upmost patience, and got the needle in on the first try. He was Outstanding ! I I had gastric sleeve surgery a few years ago with a different doctor and that was very successful. I’ve lost 150lbs however Sadly, along with that a lot of skin and body parts tend to go where you don’t want them. Jazzi has been fantastic and understanding My upset, overall the loose skin, and pointing out things they can do to help different kinds of procedures, and so forth, trying to help me keep cost down just phenomenal. I have had a tummy tuck that my tummy looks like I was 19 lol And I’m 51! Pain was minimal. Recovery was fast scar has been minimal. They check up on you they encourage you. It was very affordable compared to other plastic surgeons I had checked out.. The facility and operation suite are immaculate. The overall staff is phenomenal and absolutely A accommodating with schedules I’m a flight attendant So my schedule is pretty complicated and they completely work with me help helped me with the necessary paper work to get the time Off. I just have never met doctors like this! If you are contemplating plastic surgery, this is your place!!!! Please do your research. I’ve had so many friends That have spent a lot of money, and been very disappointed and really messed up. Be sure you check your reviews and that’s why it’s so important to me to give them The review they truly deserve they should be 10 stars! I plan on doing more work as I can afford it Repair skin from all the weight loss but so far I’ve done a breast lift I just did But I’m sure it will be fantastic.
