I've been getting my facial at Zen skin spa for a few years now. They are really the best in every way. The quality and the result of the facial worth every penny. It is somewhere you feel like you can trust when you walk in. The room/bed is super clean and cozy. Temperature is always at a conformable level. The environment is quiet and relaxing.

I always like to try their different facials. Every one of them is unique, but they all produce optimal results. I like to get alpha hydroxy facial when my skin feels dull. It makes my skin glow instantly. I also love the diamond dermabrassion facial, GuaSha facial, youth light and brightening facial. They help replenish my skin, make it so smooth, firm and glowy. I find it effective in anti-aging.

My favorite part of the facial is massage. It feels so good and so relaxing. I love that I get a lot of massage on my face, neck, shoulder and arm. They really give their 200%. Alice and Jenny are amazing. They are also very thorough in extraction. My skin is able to absorb face cream better each time after deep cleaning.

Additionally, Zen skin is very detail oriented and they really take customers' feedback to heart. I like that they use warm cotton to clean my face as I don't normally use cold water to wash my face. I also enjoy the upper body massage during the duration of facial mask. The warm towel they put underneath my neck really helps release tension. I have horrible cystic acne that flares up here and there due to the lovely fact of me being a woman and when my hormones are well, hormonal, I want to cry due to my inflamed skin. I tried everything. I eat correctly, avoid processed foods, don’t touch my face — etc. I was at my wits end until I was recommended here by my baby sister and Zen Skin Spa is now my sanctuary in the busy city of Philly.

Vivian is my fairy skin godmother and the moment I walked into my skin session, I knew Vivian was serious about skincare because her skin is BEAUTIFUL. She was honest with me, saying how painful my extractions can be due to me not getting a facial for decades but wanted to let me know that if I needed a break, she would stop which I think is so sweet of her, especially when I was cringing in pain, Vivian stopped and asked if I wanted to keep going. She just doesn’t tell me to deal with it which is so kind of her.

She also gave me tips on how to cleanse my skin and gave it much TLC and recommended me to come back in two weeks and honestly, hours later after my session, my skin looks amazing.

Jing is absolutely the best lady around. To back track, until the age of 24 my skin was near perfect. I had texture but it wasn’t enough to bother me.
