Went here for the first time this week as our Center City Restaurant Week choice. Luckily there was street parking available right across the street from the restaurant that I found immediately. The location is where Chima Brazilian Steakhouse used to be - I asked our waiter if it was similar ownership and he explained he wasn't. As Chima was planning to close or once it closed, the owners of NaBrasa's first location in Horsham learned about this spot. I never had the chance to eat at Chima, but it's funny that they are both Brazilian steakhouses - not much to change design wise probably! The vibe does feel elevated with the lighting, table setting & decor. Still feels inviting though. We checked in for our reservation and we were immediately seated. Our waiter came over immediately to ask us if we were participating in Restaurant Week and get our drink orders. He was great! Very attentive, checking in on us throughout the dining experience letting us know about a drink special we weren't aware of and just polite and friendly. All of the staff were very welcoming and they have a focus on service which is appreciated - shout-out the manager who came over to us to check in on how our dining experience was (she was very sweet). Food was good. They had a hot bar and full salad bar with options like rice, chimichurri wings, salami, seafood salad, meatballs, Mac & cheese, Caesar or Spring mix salad, etc. Definitely options for any and all dietary needs I would say. For the main course/table side dinner service, I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon, Grilled Shrimp, Grilled Pineapple with cinnamon and Alcatra- Sirloin. And the drinks were really good! I enjoy Caipirinhas and they had a special on those so we each ordered 2 - both of mine were passion fruit flavored, he got a strawberry one then just the regular lime one. Drinks were mixed and made very well. Overall, a good dining experience and typical of what we've experienced from other Brazilian steakhouses. We would consider coming back to experience their regular menu since there are more items on there we would've liked to try (e.g. lamb or sausage links)

We came here on father’s day to celebrate my brother and father. Their special that day was $70 for rodizio and ~$40 for salad bar+salmon for few of us who were not super hungry and didn’t want big rodizio meal. The salad bar selection was amazing and included several protein options such as lunch meats, tuna, wings etc. Rodizio eating people in our party were super happy as well as our salad bar choosing people. The restaurant was clean and nice, they only need to renovate their restrooms which is not a big deal. The wait staff were very friendly and nice. They included an automatic 18% gratuity which i m not sure was special that day or its a common thing, but they deserve at least 25%. The most exotic part was dessert and dessert cocktails, since we were all full we could only taste the peanut butter dessert which was heavenly. Definitely coming back for more dessert and drinks. Curious to check out their happy hour too. Hopefully a great success for this new restaurant.

We went to Nabrasa Steakhouse due to their free dinner promotions for your birthday month. All you have to do is mentioned free dinner and provide your ID. It doesn’t have to be the specific day. Our waiter was very personable and attentive. The hot and cold food bar is outstanding and 100% better than Fogo. This is the old Chima Spot. Drinks were very good. I order a Moscow Mule and wife ordered dirty martini. The waiter also brought out a cake for my wife. You have to be strategic when eating here. Don’t fill up your plate with all the food from the bar. I would start with the Rodizo styles cut steak then move to other hot food such as wings and snow crabs. Definitely go on an empty stomach. This is the best bang for your bucks in today economy. Make sure you use spot hero app and park at 19 N 20st st garage. It’s simple and only half a block walk. I don’t like to use valet. I booked the reservation through open tables.

We were long-time Chima customers and this is our second time coming since Na Brasa took over. Our first experience was so-so, and we figured that this was because the restaurant was newer and still getting on its feet. We wanted to give it another shot, but tonight's experience cemented that we will not be returning.

To start, the salad bar is smaller and with less variety. The new hot foods they offer at the salad bar are completely flavorless and the paella is fishy. After finishing our salad bar offerings, we sat for about 15 minutes with our cards flipped just waiting for a gaucho to come over with some food. Our server actually came over a few times and saw our plates were empty and asked if anyone had come by yet. Once we started getting food, the quality was just alright. The food definitely lacks flavor at times and is inconsistent throughout the meal. It seems like how good the meat is depends on who cooked it and some rounds of the same meat are way more flavorful than others. Over the entire course of our dinner we were offered MAYBE 6 different cuts of meat and it was pretty much exclusively beef and lamb. No chicken to be seen anywhere. It was the same thing over and over and over. I had about 3 rounds of picanha just because that's all they were offering me. Our server was also nowhere to be found so we couldn't request anything to be brought to us even if we wanted to. The service was also severely lacking. My drink sat empty for legitimately the entire meal and our server only offered to refill it after we had asked for the check. She also got the names of the cocktails wrong, which caused us to order a cocktail that was not what we thought we were getting. The sides were never refilled, not even once. The majority of our meal was just us sitting in front of empty plates, which is unacceptable at $200 for a dinner for two. Our server knew we weren't happy and asked what was wrong, and we shared in a polite way that we were disappointed by our experience. She nodded and said "oh okay" and never offered to bring the manager over for us to share our concerns or rectify any of our issues. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and I would actually go out of my way to encourage people to not eat at Na Brasa. Very sad because Na Brasa slid into Chima's place and practically kept everything the same, all they changed was the sign. The least Na Brasa could have done is maintained the quality of the food and service being put out by Chima, but that's proving to be difficult. This restaurant is way too expensive to give it a THIRD try...

This past weekend was my second time dinning here. Very dissatisfied with my dinning experience as we were here with my family for my husband's birthday. They offered a $40 special which we did not get because the did not have filet as an option. We got the regular price menu at $58 pp we were told offered 17 meat items and salad bar. They came around multiple times with shrimp, salmon, sirloin, chicken. We never received the filet after asking mulitple times. An 1hr 1/2 went by still no filet. At this point we asked if we could just receive the $40 menu price because we only received the options from that offer. Slick manager tried to say my husband eats free due to his bday that she would take off. We were already told my the waiter that he eats free for his bday. She also said 20% off each guest. When we received the bill it was 20% off the entire total. My issue is we have no problem with paying, but we paid for food that we never received. It really angers me that they were able to persuade us into paying at the regular price menu but only bring out food options from the special they were running. I am dissatisfied at the way it was handled and after going back and forth with the waiter and manager i didnt have the energy for that it was my husband's birthday. Honestly we should not have to have asked for anything to come out, it just should have been coming out. Thats how the restaurant goes. Lamb chops came around 1x, i had to ask the manager to bring more out this was almost 2 hrs later. I will not be returning here at all. The food was actually good but they robbed us honestly. So we paid full price and got only the food from the special they...
