When I first move in, the room was dirty and half of the things in the room were broken. Because there were too many broken stuff, they spent two days to fix my room. They did NOT fix some broken things although it was very annoying. I have to ask them to come again and again, finally they fixed it.

The staff of the building are the sweetest individuals you’ll ever meet and they’ll always want to solve your issue. Special shout out to the property manager Ozana! She will always respond to your emails and make sure everything is taken care of. I never had an issue with maintenance either, i would put in a request and they’d be here the next day. I lived there for 2 years and had water leaking through the ceiling twice, mold growing, their was to spray Lysol? Not fixed. Also they do not have disposals, and don't clean the drains.
