My dad been going here for over 8 years as I Remeber if not more, for his routine foot care as a diabetic. And as of lately the man Jose (I think he uses pronouns-not sure) is very dam rude. This is the second time he has been openly rude to me in person and calling my phone. The first time he was shouting out my dad bill payment amount to him loud and rude. I had to walk to the counter to ask him why was he shouting at my dad. My dad paid the amount then requested a receipt. He told my dad they donât have receipts. My dad then asked him to write on it a paper so he could keep track of his payments. Jose rudely made noises under his breathe then wrote it down. Later on that day Jose then calls my dad phone and tells my dad he didnât pay his bill. We went back and forth with him that we did indeed pay it and we have a written receipt. Another young lady then got on the phone and apologized she stated she sits next to him and there was a mix up. Jose never apologized. Then another time he called my dad phone was an appointment cancellation and didnât even try to make accommodations for my dad. Simply rude saying the doctor cancelled and wasnât coming in. I called temple back and another lady simply told me my dad could come in for his routine care just canât see the surgeon until the following day. This is the same thing Jose could have simply done however he didnât. He hung up on me. Temple shouldnât even have people at the front desk acting the way he does. Everybody else is pleasant, happy and helpful...

In addition to being a skilled physician, she is a kind, patient and empathetic human being, with excellent communication skills. In the midst of the pandemic, when resources and services were severely limited, she went out of her way to be accessible and reassuring to me, especially because I was faced with an emergency situation. She and her team competently diagnosed my unusual problem and successfully performed surgery on my foot.

Simply searching Dr. Van on the internet immediately shows the wealth of her credentials and the esteem in which she is held by her patients and colleagues. I share their opinions, am reassured that she is my doctor, and am privileged to provide my five...
