Everything was going great until I came to the register. I put all the groceries, and I guess the girl Alejandra Maciel maybe did not start her shift off right. But as a customer service, you never toss customer food with an addittude, and I told her politely to please not toss my food again. We'll Alejandra respond back by saying well if you don't like it or my service, you can go somewhere else."" And I responded no, and I also told her she needs to have better customer service skills with customers. I have 61/2 yrs. of experience in that field of work.The manager replied that she did not toss my food, and I responded to the manager back with a firm look & i yes she did. Plus, Alejandra never asked me if I found everything I needed or said hi. She was to busy smacking that gum and looking at her phone. I have never experienced anything like that in the 8 years I have been shopping at that store. The other ladies in the morning are way more skilled with customer service than that one employee or boss on that shift. I am very disappointed with those two women. I was trained to be polite,well manner, no phones allowed, while working. I would have to think about going to that...

I enjoyed the selections, fresh vegetables & good prices. The location couldn't be more perfect for me, as I use a bicycle to get fresh groceries about every week. I did not enjoy the parking lot security guard forcing me to park a bicycle elsewhere. There was once a bicycle rack there, however the local thieves have stolen it. There should be a new bicycle rack as the economy has forced many residents to commute via cheaper methods. I would suggest a few surveillance cameras to monitor for after-hours bicycle rack thieves. I was just at this food city about to try on a Christmas hat. I thought it was very nice for my Christmas pj's red and Black squares. And this lady at Register name Barbara Shut out don't try that on ma'am people buy that! I was like I was gonna buy that but how am I gonna buy it if I don't know how it looks or even fits on me.
