Best Wok Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Phoenix

I JUST tried this place for the first time. Im a picky type eater. and i was skeptical about this Chinese place after reading the reviews but I have learned to never judge by other peoples experiences I'm so satisfied and happy right now I have been in Arizona for 4 years and never came across a Chinese restaurant that taste or can compare to back home Chicago Illinois but this one taste just like it does in Chinatown in Chicago I'm extremely happy everything I ask for was granted and very much appreciated. The receptionist understood and spoke very well and was very nice the food was fresh and not burnt or dry the meat was portioned well, the egg roll had no meat in it BUT it was seasoned to satisfy your taste bud i was impressed and the prices was not costy. They told me delivery would be an 45 min wait but seem like it was only 15 mins and the food was hot and neatly wraped up for me & i appreciate that. Im so glad i gave this place a try and i surely will be back to place more...

Honestly food isn't even that great it's not bad but not what people are hyping it up to be. And also I wouldn't recommend getting delivery service they take way longer than what they tell you it will and they will pressure you for a tip. Long story short ordered food had to call to see where it was since it took almost 2 hours. He gets here and I give him my card to pay. He gives me receipt to sign I put the total and signed. He noticed the tip part was blank so pointed ok so I put zero with a slash through it he then proceeded to check and see if I left a tip once he saw I didn't he looked at me mad saying what no tip I said no not this time trying to be nice since I'm at work. Then he starts saying stuff in his language which wouldn't take a genious to figure out whatever he was saying isn't nice or professional. So of course he found out why he didn't...

WORST FOOD EVER!! Ordered the Seafood Delight combo...trio of prawns, scallops, and crab with variety of vegetables served with soup, fried rice, and eggroll. The prawns, all 3 of them, were OK. The scallops were so rubbery I couldn't swallow them (and didn't want to swallow them!) The crab turned out to be fake crab...it was VERY unappetizing to downright gross! Sauce was so bland that I had to put salt and pepper on everything with the hopes it'd enhance some sort of flavor. The wonton in the soup was undercooked. The fried rice was "fried goo". The eggroll was also VERY UNAPPETIZING...I left it alone after peering inside...ugggh! Interior furnishings are similar to school cafeterias...not warm, inviting, or comfortable. When I told them how dissatisfied I was, $1.50 was removed from the bill. $10 for 5 bites of food. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER...
