Baymont by Wyndham Phoenix I-10 near 51st Ave — Hotel in Phoenix

We reserved a suite for 5 days. It was suppose to have 2 full bathrooms. Only 1 bathroom and no room to put your bathroom stuff. Our keys would not work. Getting ready for bed, we found sand and hair in our bed. The floor was so dirty (tile), that it made the bottom of our feet black. We had no place to put the toilet paper because their was no toilet paper holder. The cabinets, you can't open them from the top, because someone put cabinets down below, which they were made to hang up from the top.The next day we asked for room service. Left no coffee or extra towels, which we asked. The TV remote, only worked if you stood in front of the TV. Had to ask everyday for coffee. We come to Arizona every 2 months to see my father in law. Will never stay at this hotel again. It is a smoke free hotel, but you can't walk through the front door because they have 2 tables there for people to smoke. Why would anyone put tables where the front door is, and you are a smoke free hotel. Not worth the money they charged for such a dirty hotel. Calling Corporate office to get money back. We do not recommend this hotel. Why is it that the owner just says they are sorry. I am contacting Wyndam headquarters and let them know how you treat your customers. When we checked out, I was assured that the owner would contact us, and we would told that we would be refunded some of our money. Not a word. Terrible hotel. I am a plantium card holder. I took pictures of several of the things that were unacceptable below. The tub surround walls had two sections with pealed fiberglass sections on it, The stopper in the tub was broken, The lighting around the bathroom mirror was the only lighting working. The large light at the top was not working therefore there was not enough light in the bathroom. There is only one light switch which was for the light and blower so every time you turn the light on you hear that loud blower which was quite annoying, Upon checking in there was long black hair on the floor, on the toilet and on the tub, The flooring right outside had a stain on it as if someone had spilled something on it. These were indications that the room had not been cleaned. There were only 3 hangers on the wall closet - not enough. In the little eatery on my first breakfast there the orange juice was so watered down that it tasted like water, the eatery was so small that there was very little room for people to sit and a lot of people got their food and left. The bathroom by the check in counter that everyone can use, the floor was dirty. The reason I did not complain about these things while I was there was because I did not want people traipsing in and out of my room when I wasn't there, so I just got up the hair and cleaned the bathroom counters with alcohol that I had. I don't really post reviews unless it is exceptionally great or bad. I have to admit this was the worst and nastiest place i have ever stayed. First thing i saw when I walked in my room was a giant roach on his back in the bathroom. The floors were nasty and was afraid to walk around my room barefoot. The bathroom sink was hanging off of the wall and you need to wear flip flops to take a shower in the walk in shower which i would compare to a public shower at the beach or something. Also, none of the vending machines worked in the entire building when i got there. The only cold drink i could get was a cup of ice that i had to melt a little just to get some cold water. The next day they got the vending machines up and running, so I decided to get some chips. I put in my money and pushed the button and when my chips fell I went to retrieve them. Thats when i noticed that my chips fell into a pile of maggots inside the machine. I was completely disgusted. I took pics and gave it to the front desk. Between the Roaches and maggots I had to keep my luggage on top of a table out of fear bugs would get into my luggage. Anyways i left after 2 days of my 5 day stay there and went some where else.
