I am extremely disappointed with the service I just received from the cashier (Alyze) and manager (Carmen) at this location. I came through the drive thru, excited to use coupons/rewards from my Burger King app, and was abruptly brought down by the negative interaction with the cashier. She was so rude and seemed extremely irritated by me asking questions related to using coupons and my order. When I came through to the window and received my receipt, I was surprised to see that the charge did not match the coupon and price listed on my app. When I asked about this discrepancy, she kept cutting me off and saying she didn’t know and continued to have an extremely rude attitude and said there was nothing she could do and then yelled at me “You’re holding up my line!”. I then asked to speak with a manager and was met with an attitude of ambivalence and it was obvious to me that the manager did not care about my concerns and was irritated with me before I could even express myself. As someone who has worked in the food and service industry for about 15 years, I am appalled by the service I received by the cashier and the lack of attempt to rectify or explain the situation by the manager. I will not come back to this location and I hope that the cashier is given some type of education and training on good customer service or else I’m sure I will not be the only customer...
Read moreI've only been to this location on a couple of occasions, and sadly, they both weren't good experiences. My first visit ended almost the second it started due to this location not accepting their own gift cards. Apparently, "that locations system is not updated to accept gift cards." Approximately a week later, I gave it another shot this time debt card ready and cash as a backup just in case they were not set up to accept debt cards either. Lol. Well, I'll never know because when I went through the 24 hour drive through I was met with what you see in the picture. Menu turned off. This was around 4am ish. Im thinking this is a 24-hour location. Maybe the menu light is burned out. So I foolishly talked to a vacant intercom for a few seconds before pulling up to the window. At this point, I'm not even thinking about food and more concerned for the employees given the rough neighborhood location. I peeked through the drive-through window for any sign of movement or anything that looked out of the norm, but everything seemed normal. Just empty. So is it normal to close your 24-hour location whenever the employees decide they want to? Either way, I'm not worried about finding out because that was my last attempt to give them my money.

With covid still a thing you think they would allow you to order whatever in drive thru plus how many coupons you like hell your paying and making them money makes no sense! Well I would like to say the cashier in front was nice but they made us wait forever it seemed like just to place an order. I asked for everything fresh and the manager said it's always fresh but we all know they be lying!
