I will not be going to this tacobell location again. I went specifically for the nacho cravings pack (the grande nacho box is my favorite item and is only available in limited runs) and also ordered a burrito cravings pack. When I pulled up to the window the employee working the windows was not wearing a face covering or gloves and I saw her repeatedly touch her face. When she handed me my order there were 2 burrito cravings packs. No nachos! I tried to explain that this was the wrong order and the employee argued with me, even after showing her the order confirmation on my phone. Eventually after calling a coworker over they hand me my "corrected" order. Her name tag. Told me I better leave and run away fast because I'm black and she is calling the cops. I have a full recording of this happening. Will be getting a lawyer and filing harassment against taco Bell. Cops came and couldn't do anything but say she doesn't have to take order. That's pure harassement as per she tried to use the police as if they were a gang that was gonna beat me up because she was having a bad day. I never refused to leave or have disorderly conduct. Read moreThe food at Taco Bell is relatively the same at all their locations but the quality in which it is made differs greatly.
We enjoy eating here on occasion because it is quick, inexpensive and hold later hours (while in night classes sometimes it is hard to fit a meal into "normal" hours). Over the past few months we have noticed a high turn around in staff and with that came a lot of people in training and a lot of mistakes.
It has been a pretty regular occurrence to have something missing from our order and having to go back which makes for a frustrating experience. The wait is almost always really long if you go through the drive through and many times the people taking your order can not understand you or accidentally ring up the wrong items.
I understand the change in personnel leads to a mix up in the service but there needs to be some quality control applied to their system to avoid...
