Le Arizona Nails — Local services in Phoenix

I was getting a diagnostic test done at the Brake Masters nearby and figured I could stop in and get a couple of my chipped nails fixed. I really wish I had waited and went to my regular nail place. I didn't think it would be that bad but oh was it!! The lady that started my nails literally tried to break my nail in half with a tool she had and then she tried to rip the nail off of my finger. After three crunches, I told her it was hurting too bad and that she needed to stop. I told her I only needed the tip repaired with acrylic. She got very upset, gave me a look and then started talking in another language to the guy next to her that was working on the lady that was sitting next to me. She then proceeded to fill my nails with an acrylic that didn't even match my clear acrylic. The acrylic she used was almost cloudy in color and it was very very noticeable.... When she finished applying the acrylic to the two nails that were chipped, she told me to move over to the chair next to me, so the guy could finish. He didn't change the towels or even clean off the station after working on the lady before me. He was still wearing the same gloves as well! I know this because as I watched him work on the lady I noticed one of the gloves had a tear on it. He told me to put my hands out and I politely asked if he was done cleaning up after the lady before me, only then did he clean up the station... Long story short I was really grossed out, disappointed and I had to go to my regular nail salon anyway and have them fixed. It was a waste of time and money. I don't know how they have been in...

If I could put negative stars. Can I just say! I never write reviews! Never!!!

First me and my sister went, and they had empty seats, we got seated right away by the owner and she helped my sister and told me the guy to do mine will be right with me I know he seen me sit at his chair waiting but he walks out. Idk for what a break or whatever so I sit and wait about 15 minutes the lady says nothing!! But looks outside to see if he'll come in 20-30 mins. later!! My sisters nail are about done ready to be filed and painted and if you get your nails done you know that don't take long! and so I got up and left told my sister I was going to go shop across that I don't want to wait much longer, it was ridiculous id understand if they were busy busy! but nobody came in!! 2 mins. later my sister calls and says when I left he ran back in and the lady was talking to him in their language angry, and the lady asked my sister "Where I went" and "If I want to come back he can do them for me now" I told her no, ill take my business &left. Waited for my sister...

My regular nail tech took ill this week, so I decided to try this nail salon. I came as walk-in today and Karen gave me great service and a perfect pedicure. Karen and every one who worked here today was super friendly and made me feel welcomed, which is kind of rare in Arizona nail salons. I observed their manner with clients coming in and I liked what I saw. My experience with nail salons since arriving in AZ has been disappointing, but this place was refreshing. It seems like here clients are not treated like a number but inst ead, clients are treated as valued customers. 5 stars... I have an amazing nail tech who I see regularly, but if I ever need a back up, I would not hestitate to...
