Horrible service at the counter. We had a trailer so we could not go through drive thru. I went at 7:45 am 01/21/21 the front door was locked. Kept banging on door nobody answered. Finally an employee that was leaving unlocked the door. The girl at the counter could hear it...she just refused to unlock the door. She took 3 orders from drive thru before she took mine. She then took more drive thru orders and filled their orders while my sandwiches sat under the warmer. She didnt wear gloves when she took tacos out of the freezer and put them in the fryer. Then she realized she needed gloves to make the tacos. She used the same gloves to take the money from drive thru and the same gloves to make more tacos. Seeing my frustration she filled my bag and was in such a hurry she was in mid turn to go back to drive thru as she handed me my bag.. When I told her I needed ice tea she took my cup to drive thru took two more drive thru orders and filled another drive thru order...I yelled "COME ON" and she brought me my tea. I understand she was busy but to take priority over drive thru while my sandwiches sat for 10 minutes in the warmer is bad customer service. When I finally got to the truck and opened the boxes... the croissant sanwich bread was flat. The meal tasted horrible. Threw it in the trash. For the employee who made those sandwhiches knowing the bread did not resemble the croissant they advertise shows there is no pride in their work. I very rarely give a bad review but this was the most blatant disregard of customer service I have ever experienced. Never going back...
Read moreI can't believe that I just waited ten minutes while the stupid lady taking orders messed up the order of the guy in front of me. Hoping it was just a fluke, I went in to make my order. She was spacing out hardcore, couldn't focus, kept messing my order. I just agreed to whatever so I can just check my receipt, my luck, the printer is out of paper. So I don't even get a damn receipt. I'm already agitated because the worker obviously is on something and is too high to perform simple functions and tasks. I walk away not knowing my order number or anything... She gave my iced coffees, the one thing she did get right. Then the manager called a number.... I asked if it was mine. She read the order to me and I told her that I didn't get a receipt. I confirmed that I was charged for two meals with the manager, who said it was charged wrong. She said it was okay and she would fill my original order. I asked what the price difference is for ordering it correctly vs what I was charged. The manager rang it up properly and sure enough, I was over charged. The manager said she would refund me the difference, but now I'm catching attitude from the cashier who did apologize but now she was upset that I was angry about her not being able to function. In all this stupid mess, the manager did nothing about the worker, nor compensated me for the fact that her worker was on something, a discount or even free meal is a kind gesture and goes a long way in a messed up situation like mine. Two jumbo Jack's, ordered with extra everything came with extra nothing. One was to have no ketchup and was loaded with ketchup.
Ordered a Jack's spicy fried, got it grilled.
No receipt came with the order.
I'm not understanding this. It isn't as if we were in a drive through with a poor quality sound system. This was a digital order. I'd like an explanation for a series of issues with a $70 order. I feel ripped off.
Next review: Visited at 5pm, September 29. No receipt and my credit card was not returned to me. I returned after realizing I didn't have my card, got the card and asked the current shift lead why it wasn't offered to me at the time of the order. The morning shift lead (October 1) said "It wasn't me", turned her back to me and walked away. I filled out a request form at the website suggested previously and got no phone call.
I filled out the form for the second time a week ago and still no call from corporate despite the serious nature of not being given my credit card, bad attitudes...
