I was just in there picking it up an order for delivery. The Asian lady working the counter has the patience of a saint. Seriously. There was a large family with lots of children in there and one of the kids was whining the ENTIRE time I was in there. It was hard to hear or concentrate. People also kept coming into the store behind me.
Their ordering was chaotic and then the lady was getting mad at the worked because SHE couldn't order in an organized manner. Honestly if it was my restaurant I would have kicked that little girl out of my restaurant.
And then the lady started accusing the worker of being rude and saying that she can come work for her if she doesn't like where she works. It was completely uncalled for and I was on the verge of saying something to her myself and I don't work there. She just had to take it unfortunately.
I really like that lady both as a delivery driver and as a customer. Usually I end up going in there when it's slow. This time I got to see her in action and she did a great job...
Read moreI’ve been going to this bosa donuts for 9 years so it sucks to do this, majority of the time it’s good but i just called the shop to order tried to courtesy call to give heads up I wanted a single boba smoothie 30 mins before close no answer (was already on the way) I get there 15 mins to close and lady goes we are closing… no eye contact very rude about it, I said I just called to try to give a heads up and she walked away no words, comes back minute later makes it visually not how they always do it so already red flag still very respectful thanks you have a good night (from me not worker) get home and take a drink (multiple to make sure I’m not trippin) the absolute worst boba I’ve ever had it’s basically liquid no texture and taste is horrible shoulda saved my $ and time cause it wasn’t worth it she coulda cared less if I left and never came back now I probably won’t I’ll go out of my way to the next franchise in Chandler...

But after all the times we've gone there--and dropping $30 there this morning--I would have hoped for better customer service.
When we ordered a Green Tea with boba, they gave us a Green Tea smoothie instead. When I took it back, they refused to give me a credit toward a replacement drink (I ordered an iced black tea, since they don't have green tea, which costs much less $ than a smoothie).
Setting aside that the smoothie menu is confusing and hard to read, they said it was my fault and that I knew I was ordering a smoothie. They said they couldn't provide me a refund--even though the manager was right there.
Who needs that kind of tone and hassle and from the person selling you donuts? There are other places we can go next time. At the least, we'll find a different...
