Healthy & Delicious. I had the Cobb Grain Bowl and my son had the Blue Hawaii Bowl. I’m a firm believer in presentation matters. Not only was the food fresh, healthy and delicious it was also beautiful displayed. I wish I had taken a picture but I was hangry and started eating right away. All the foods are customizable so you can remove what you don’t like. They also allow you to add ingredients (extra $). Lots of Vegan options. All the food is prepared in front of you. Their food-handling is superb. They’re very clean which I appreciate.

The space is small and seating is not cozy but very pretty. Actually the atmosphere is very alluring with its tropical Hawaiian vibes. The location is not geared for kids but they’re welcomed and the food options are kid-friendly. Plenty of parking is available right outside. Not covered. Minimal walking.

The acai bowls are absolutely delicious and satisfying. However, the customer service is terrible. The girls are constantly rude, and they never have a smile on their face. One time I asked one of the employees about the products they use and she got quickly annoyed with me. They make me feel uncomfortable when I go in there, because they always looks so miserable to be working. I would really like better customer service that is more welcoming and friendly to people. Today specifically I was waiting on some bowls, and a new family came in excited to experience the place. The girl didn't say welcome in and give a breakdown of their products, but instead said "ok" without even a smile on her face. I saw another girl roll her eyes. If they are so unhappy to be working there (all of them) they should find other professions not customer facing. Good products but...

I’ve enjoyed Wow Wow for over a year. I used to get them at work and I’d get them delivered weekly. Today was my first time going in in person. I was horrified to see that the employees had no regard for Covid guidelines. The female employee with the facial piercings and sleeve tattoos wore no mask and the blonde male employee wore a gator he kept taking off. I won’t be giving this establishment my business again until they address their Covid guidelines.

Edit: In response to the owner’s response. This was not a busy day. There was one person ahead of me. One behind. One door dash order. I sat for 10+ minutes inside. If your employee needs a break from the mask, they should take a break away from the food, etc. Not just take it off and continue to work with food. That is unacceptable and a failure on you as a...
