If she doesn't like the questions you ask her she will happily tell you to get out. During my several months there the bathroom toilet over flooded at 3:30 am. Awoke to hear running water. When I got out of the bed to go check I stepped into ice cold water up to my ankles. When I asked about moving to another room. I was told that if I didn't like it here I could leave. ||||I made a complaint to guest services because the elevator didn't work for over four weeks. The day I went down 3 flights of stairs with 3 loads of clothes to wash. After putting liquid detergent in the washers I noticed the washers wasn't working. Rosanne the Assistant Manager said that the routers was down.. I decided to wait around until the routers were backup. After 20 minutes the routers was up. There was not mention of the washers or dryers weren't working. ||||After my wash was over. I tried to use the dryers. The routers were down again, still no notice posted anywhere mentioning this. I then had to pull 3 loads of wet clothes up 3 flights of stairs. I spent 2 weeks off work due to injurying my back. When I brought it to Christine attention she told me there was nothing she could do. I would have to call corporate. ||||I contacted guest services several times with no success. Rosanne reached out to the Regional General Manager. He stated in order for me to be compensated for my missed days off work due to my back injury I needed a doctors notice. In the meantime, he would credit my account for two days. Once I obtained the doctors notice. Christine immediately intervened telling me that the Regional Manager only authorized 4 more days. She then lied saying I refused the credit. I left several messages to client services for the Regional until it was escalated to the VP. Unfortunately, I received no response back. ||||In the meantime, Christine and Quita moved a very loud man next door to us. He would bang on the wall all times at night. He would scrap things against the wall at 2 and 3 in the morning. He and his guest would get extremely loud. After a few weeks he checked out. He came back and started all over again. Christine was aware and she and Quita worked together to harass us. ||||Three weeks prior to that everyone was awaken by a fire alarm. One of the rooms caught on fire. One of the tenants set it on fire trying to cook meth. When the air freshener dies down you can smell it. The floors are very hollow on the 3rd floor, especially before you reach room 321.||||Our last day there was Christine yelling at me telling me I can't talk to tenants who have experienced the same type of treatment that she has given me. There was another African American woman whose toilet flooded her entire room. She was trying to figure out why would she be told to get out. She said she asked Christine to move her to another room but was told to leave. I mentioned to the woman to get in contact with guest services. Christine daughter and son ( who should not be working at the same place) overheard me tell the woman what to do. When I came down to complain about the man returning and making noise next door to me, again. Christine said I had no right talking to the guest and started screaming "get out, I'm going to call the police." She even said, that I her son said that called her racist. After her performance in the lobby with customers watching I definitely said that it was very unusual to only put African descendants out of the establishment.
