THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!!! I was in search of a bedroom and dining room set. So I went into Mega furniture, just to browse before I pick up my granddaughter. When I entered, Jeffrey met me. He was very nice and asked if I needed anything. I explained to him I was just browsing because I had to go pick up my daughter and I will eventually return. I started a conversation with Jeffery and explained to him what I was looking for. He listened patiently and showed me several items that I may have been interested in. While Jeffery and I were talking, a very nice man by the name of Martin came and handed me some water. They made me feel like I was living the good life. They both were very nice, kind and patient with me. Again, I had to go pick up my granddaughter. They didn’t rush me or pressure me or anything like that. I eventually filled out paperwork while I waiting, because I knew I was going to come back. Martin approved me for a certain amount, in which I was happy with. Then Martin came back and increased the limit. I was very happy. I decided to choose what I wanted and found several pieces that suited me. During my whole process, Jeffery and martin were quite the gentlemen and I really appreciated them. Once everything was almost done, I realized that I had went over the limit that was given to me. Jeffery took the time to readjust the prices and accommodated me 100%. Then I met the QUEEN DELORES!!! It was her birthday and she was awesome!!!! After the financing and everything went through, there was still some concerns that I had. Queen Delores worked her magic; she didn’t rush me, didn’t judge me and made me feel at ease. She treated me with respect and kindness, as well as Jeffery and Martin.

Read moreLast Sunday we went to the store in search of a new recliner for my (tall) husband. Miriam met us at the door and let us know she's be working with us. She was pleasant and guided us around the recliners. There were several that were ultimately a good fit and we narrowed it down to one that would work in our house. When asking price, Miriam was unclear and it appeared there was no price information on the recliner. She did find a price (eventually) and it was more than we wanted to pay for a replacement chair. The price to have it delivered was $110 (we live 7 miles from the store). This was the first store that we went to so were not committed to purchasing but willing if the chair and price were agreeable. Miriam got a manager who (like a car salesman) was able to negotiate the price. We were told there were "only 2 left in the 13 stores". We did decide to purchase at a somewhat reduced price. The time to do the paperwork was lengthy-we waited and waited after having given the information for delivery and payment (I bet at least 20 minutes). Fortunately we were not in a hurry. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday. On Thursday, the delivery arrives but it is the LOVE SEAT and not the chair. So no delivery. On Friday, no call had been made to reschedule so my husband called and was told "that they had called and the delivery would be today between 3 and 7". No call had been made per our phone history. Finally after 7 p.m. on Friday, we received the notification that they would arrive within a half hour. Shortly after 7:30, they did finally deliver the chair and set it up. Read moreI'm at a loss here and this is my last resort to get some sort of resolution. Avoid the headache and go to a different furniture store. We bought $8,500 worth of furniture from Trenadee back in May, the process in the store took forever, but she was friendly, and we remained patient Delivery and set up went fine Part of the dining set included a bench that was on 6to8 week back order. Here we are 4 months later, no bench The dining room table and chair, supposedly made of high quality wood, is splitting at the seams. NOBODY is taking accountability. After at least 6 calls to "customer service," leaving messages that go unreturned most of the time, we're still not being helped. Just get a line of excuses about the manufacturer not responding, or short staffed, depends on the day and who your talking to as to which excuse we'll get. At this point I'm hoping this will inspire someone to take ownership of our issue and actually help, PLEASE! Or at least it will help some potential buyer look elsewhere for...
