My recent visit to Olive Garden was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the food was quite good. Our meals were nice and warm, and the salad was fresh and mixed well to our specific requests. The breadsticks were also a highlight. However, the service we received from our server, Ana, left something to be desired. We had asked for a side of olives after she took our drink orders, which included water, lemonade, and tea. Despite reminding her when our food arrived, we didn't receive our olives until we were basically done with our meals. Ana seemed to be ignoring us, standing in a corner and ignoring our attempts to get her attention. She even brought us the wrong soup and instead of going to get the right one, she just asked us if we wanted the one she brought instead. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor service we received from Ana detracted from the experience. It's possible she was just having a bad day, but it really affected her customer service. I hope that in the future, the servers at Olive Garden are able to provide a consistently good experience for their customers.

Bad dirty silverware not once but twice I usually come to his location as a regular quite often. I’m guilty of saying that services has been pretty good at this location except for today. The server was awesome very understanding five star review on her on doing her job I talked to the manager about very dirty silverware. She apologized about this. I was going to let it go. I went to the restroom to use the bathroom came back my table was clear which probably my fault for not letting the server know about me using the restroom the managers like did you let your server know need to use the restroom? I’m like am I five years old? Do I need to ask permission to use the restroom? I felt embarrassed by that car in front of guest at other tables are 31 years old ma’am never been so embarrassed in my life so outrage right now thank you for taking the turn for my honest review. I hope that does ruin your experience at this location. And yes, this was the silverware I was given when I sat down at my table

We decided to celebrate a birthday 🎂 here and it wasn't our original plan but it turned out nice. We had an amazing service by Carl who was a busser and learning how-to eventually become a server. Our original waiter disappeared on us and Carl jumped in to help make our experience memorable. We appreciate you Carl for clearing our table, refilling our beverages, and dipping Sauce and bread. Offering to bring to go boxes and drinks. It was appreciated and we wish you best in becoming a server. You will be successful for sure. Overall, everything we ordered was delicious 😋. We did bring our own cake. They were kind enough to offer a cutting knife, forks, and plates to serve the cake. The wait staff came and sang the birthday song to our birthday 🎂 girl. Thank you for a lovely evening. Happy eating 😋

Very disappointed in our experience at Olive Garden for pick up. My family and I have been watching finances as we are furloughed still during this pandemic. For my husband's birthday, we decided to splurge a little on his favorite place. By splurge a little, I mean $70 worth of good for 6 people. We now regret it. Our food was absolutely inedible. My children always eat Olive Garden but they wouldn't touch it this time. Our breadsticks tasted as if they had set out on a counter for a week. They were so hard, they snapped in half. I also always pay extra for the boat of alfredo sauce to dip them but that was a waste of money too, as the breadsticks were inedible. They piled the foods together on top of one another and my son's fries were soggy and had to be thrown out. We went to give him my daughter's alfredo and found the entire container was packed UPSIDE DOWN and had spilled out all over the other containers. It was a complete mess to clean up. To top it off, my husband's BIRTHDAY MEAL was missing entirely! I don't know how in the world you miss an entire meal, but they did. To state the obvious, I was not happy. I called to speak with the manager to bring our food back in and get a replacement meal, but we were "accidentally " hung up on by the staff. When we called back, it was a busy signal for a long time. Is there not call waiting or did you unplug the phone? I don't know what else to do except to go back into the store, but I imagine they aren't exactly thrilled to accommodate my complaint. Last night was trash night, so our deserted meals are long gone now. I will retreat and never visit this place again. There are other restaraunts that care more about their customers than this place does. I guess $70 down the drain was my harsh lesson for trusting this company to do the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive garden, and while the food was certainly delectable, it was the service by our waiter, Bryon, that turned our meal into an unforgettable experience.

From the moment we were seated, Bryon's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for his work set the tone for a delightful luncheon. What stood out was his impeccable timing. Never once did we feel rushed or neglected. Bryon managed to be present at just the right moments, ensuring our beverage glasses were never empty, yet he allowed us ample time to enjoy our conversation without interruption. His attentiveness extended beyond the basic service; he noticed when one of our party was late, he made sure food was already prepared upon arrival.

His professionalism was matched by his humor and charm. Moreover, Bryon's ability to connect with everyone at the table was remarkable.

At the end of our luncheon, Bryon's goodbye was as warm as his welcome, leaving us with not just satisfied palates but also with memories of a service that was truly heartfelt. It's rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such genuine care, making the dining experience not just about the meal but about the connection.

In an era where good service can sometimes be overshadowed by the pursuit of efficiency, Bryon stands out as a beacon of what service in hospitality should be. To the management of Olive Garden, keep Bryon! he's not just a waiter, he's an ambassador of what makes your restaurant exceptional. We will definitely return, partly for the cuisine, but certainly for the exceptional service...

I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for many years, and it has always been an enjoyable experience. The food never fails to satisfy my taste buds, and the atmosphere is delightful. Generally, the service surpasses my expectations, although I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the time it takes for different servers to provide salad and breadstick refills. Nonetheless, I have noticed a gradual improvement in the service over the years.

The restaurant occasionally offers attractive deals on dinners, and their menu items have remained largely unchanged, which is expected and appreciated to some extent.

However, there is one aspect of the Olive Garden that I'm not particularly fond of—its prices. Other restaurant chains, like Chili's, have managed to maintain competitive pricing while consistently delivering high-quality food with a variety of options. On the other hand, Olive Garden's prices keep rising. A few years ago, a carbonara dish was priced at around $16, but now it's reached $22. Considering that pasta is an inexpensive ingredient, these price increases are difficult to justify. If Chili's can keep their burger prices more stable than this, Olive Garden should be able to do the same with pasta. That being said, dining here is always enjoyable and the food is delicious, resulting in a consistently positive experience. I would give it four stars for that. However, I highly recommend bringing your own digestive enzymes to ensure a comfortable...
