Do not go here if you want something specialty printed. I usually just need 1 flyer that’s one page to put in a frame in my office and I have gone here a couple times for this. One of the times they guy behind the counter at the printer center told me to go online. They website is so difficult to navigate and there is a reason why I came in store to the print center. The next time I came, there was a girl behind the counter but she couldn’t print off one sheet with the glossary paper and told me to use the regular printer and that I had to go online and wait 24 hours for 1 copy of a flyer on glossy paper. Thank you Noah. I recently had a last-minute emergency and needed to print 36x48 engineering prints within 12 hours. When I first arrived at the store, I ran into technical issues and couldn’t upload my files. Once I figured that out, Noah, who was already helping me, stepped in and provided incredible assistance.

Technically, my prints weren’t supposed to be ready until the following day, which would have missed my deadline. However, after I explained my emergency to Noah, he used his leadership and professional customer service skills to ensure everything was ready by the time I arrived for pickup—just 30 minutes after placing the order.

Me and my mom went to staples looking for a bookshelf for her office, we found one already put together near the clearance section it was perfect and it was $79.00 and we talk to an employee about it and said we can have it was last one.. Mom wanted it already built and have an associate bring it up front for us and I would load it up in the car. When I came back from using the restroom, my mother was waiting for the manager and when he came back the bookshelf was not on clearance. Their was another one in the box and it would cost us $80.00 to build it and picked up the bookshelf,. The Manager in the store berated his new employee and was angry at mom. Manger at the store could of given us the cabinet on the floor.. Not cool for the Manger and he should not of berated his employee....
