I just left this place and waited in line for 15minutes while an associate helped a customer 2 other registers were open and they also opened an additional one, they started helping customers that were in line 5 and even ten minutes after I had been waiting, I even moved into another line after waiting all this time to just continue to wait, 7 customers helps and left while I still waited, after 20 minutes total not one associate asked to help, someone even came over to help the lady helping the customer and never offered to assist me. I left all my stuff in the front and had to leave after another customer was helped while I still continued to wait. Worse customer service I've ever experienced not sure if we will ever be coming back. I can't even give you all one star but unfortunately I have to do one just to post this review. Very...

I was in to pick up some wine and anything else I thought I couldn’t live without. Brandon was working the wine tasting table and could tell I was looking for something specific. I didn’t remember the name and was trying to locate by the label which I’m sure a lot of us do. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We chatted about how great the store was as well. He was very warm and genuine. A rarity today as some adults still struggle to say excuse me when they walk in front of you when you’re clearly looking for something in an aisle. When I have time, I love shopping here in person. But. When I don't have time and I opt to shop online & pick up in store, they have THE slowest in store pickup of anywhere ever. It requires you to actively flag down an associate, wait as they rummage through shelves on the wall that vary in organization level on a day to day basis, show photo ID, and sign off on the pickup. That's reasonable for large purchases... but sometimes I just want to grab beignet mix and y'all my $6 pickup is not that serious. Pickup needs to be faster than me running in and shopping from scratch, that's the whole point. And it's the norm, not 1 bad experience, it's just how they...
