Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

This little ceasers store is the prime example of how not to operate any business. So first off the customer service here is very poor and that is to be blamed solely on management for allowing their employees to conduct themselves inappropriately from cursing in front of customers to eating while taking orders at the register etc.. Secondly management has not properly trained their employees on basic hygiene and how to properly prioritize; first time I had order from here I waited about over an hour which was understandable due to only one employee preparing the food. But, after today for the second time ordering from here and seeing they were fully staffed management still fell so far behind on getting the orders out on time I had waited an extra 29 minutes after arriving to pick up my order at 8:40pm when it should’ve been ready by then as I placed my order at 8:15pm. And to make the experience just so much more worse was that the highly inexperienced staff members ended up burning my pizza and smashing the bread sticks for being so apathetic and lazy, the atmosphere at this place is very toxic by just observing how the staff members interact with each other. But, they shouldn’t take their frustrations out on the customers by purposely abusing the food they are buying; it’s a shame on managements end that they would allow bad quality food be served and not checking what their staff members are serving. Everyone who I had spoken to from my first visit until my second visit waiting for our food has nothing good to say about this establishment. So I believe that I truly speak for all of us here in this community, to the owner of this franchise close this business down there is no reason for wait times to be over an hour long and for poor quality service. You have failed this community by providing the bare minimum service and respect towards yours customers. Do not waste your time here anyone your better off traveling a little further to any other location besides this one. You will regret your decision if you decide to purchase any...

This Little Caesars appears very clean and is new in comparison to other Little Caesars throughout the valley. It appears to be extremely busy and completely understaffed causing major delays in your pick-up time. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes. Matter of fact I got sidetracked so it's more like 30 minutes. When I went back in to get play Pizza I was told that the cheese pizza was forgotten and that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for that pizza. At this point I was waiting at a complete hour and was getting upset. But had no choice considering the food was paid for. I took their word for it and waited. The staff was kind but again like I said overworked and understaffed. The pizza was good but it took almost 2 hours to get one hot and ready and one plain cheese pizza. They did approach me with a free 20oz beverage because they felt bad that I waited so long. I hate to say it but I do think they forgot about me. Because they were so busy and I kind of practice my patience and stayed out of the way hoping they would call my name. In the end the pizza tasted great but then again that might be because I was about ready to eat my arm I was so hungry anyting would have tasted great at that point. I do not want to base my decision on one time at this location and give them the benefit of the doubt for SURE.

IF MANAGEMENT DOES READ THIS I WOULD HOPE THAT YOU CAN CONSIDER HIRING MORE NIGHT SHIFTS EMPLOYEES OR RE-EVALUATING YOUR PROCESS OR PROCEDURES SO THAT YOU CAN GET MORE CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT OF THERE IN A MORE TIMELY FASHION also I feel like the customers should have a name up on the board or some sort of display so that the clerks can remember who is waiting for pizza. Arrived at 8:01pm, me as well as other customers had to stand around waiting to even order because nobody was up front to take an order. Ordered at 8:18pm. Pizza was handed to me at 9:02pm. Seriously? A Hot N Ready took an hour to get?

There was someone who had ordered their pizza at 7:45pm, Obviously upset she asked the guy at the register (who if I may add, was useless, made no attempt to assist his co-workers & had no sense of urgency or regard to peoples wait time) how much longer before her order would be ready & he told her it was just being put in the oven at 8:45pm, even though the app said it was ready for pick up at 8:20pm. That person got their order 2 minutes before me.

The only good part I can add is a big thank you to the woman who handed me my order, she was kind and apologetic and clearly the only one running around trying to get orders out the door. If not for her, we would have never gotten our orders.

This is not the first time I walk into this store and it is a complete mess. Do better Little Cesars!

Update: 12/26/2023 I tried to give them a second chance but once again I am extremely disappointed. Placed an order at 7:14pm, with a promised time of 7:43pm, I walked in the store at 7:45pm only to be told it would be another 40 MINUTES!!!! I could hear him talking to someone in the back about them not seeing my order despite him saying it was due to the large amount of orders, so I had him cancel my order.
