Hello, I just wanted to share about my experience here. :) I was having a bit of a challenging day with some thoughts on my mind and I when I came to this restaurant the young lady that waited on me was so sweet and patient with me. I asked her if they had brown steamed rice, and she said said they didn't, but she looked at me with such tenderness, compassion and kindness as she shared this with me :). I then mentioned that I wanted to eat a bit healthier and that's when I ordered to servings of the mixed greens and grilled teriyaki chicken. Well, the sweet young lady saw there was not enough vegetables for two servings and so, she kindly shared that they are making fresh vegetables and it would be two minutes. I smiled and let her know I would wait for those.🤗 She then kindly gave me the option of paying right then or waiting to pay when it was ready. I told her I would pay now. Well, I paid and the cashier who got my payment was nice too. She asked me how my day was going and she put a smile on my face too.🤗 Well, my food was ready so fast and I picked it up and went to my car to eat. Well, when I open my plate I teared up and said, "This looks AMAZING!"🤗 I don't normally do that, but this just touched me so, and I really appreciate it!! I hope more and more people will come to this restaurant and see the sweetness I experienced! And by the way, the restaurant looks so clean, and a gentleman was doing a great job cleaning the windows on the outside at the front of the restaurant!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE WONDERFUL WONDERFUL...
Read moreCustomer service made this review what it is. The manager and crew don't seem to have any. When customers bring issues to any managers attention they should consider and place some type of importance on them. This manager didn't seem to care much that the fountain drink machine was giving out syrup for soda. She seemed like she wanted to argue with me when I told her that my family complained it was gross to drink. She also didn't seem to care that the worker didn't speak to my 10 year old son correctly when he asked for the key to the bathroom. The worker said he told my son the key was on the counter and pointed to it before he walked away. My son said he didn't hear him say anything and stood there waiting. When my son started looking towards the other side of the counter and my husband approached the counter, is when another worker gave him the key. When we brought the behavior to the managers attention she was argumentative again and was not at all empathetic or caring. Never once was an apology given to us or my son. As a matter of fact when I told the worker my son didn't hear him, the worker told me that's not his fault my son didn't hear him! These young kids that work at this chain need a rerun lesson in customer service. The service was slow and the food eh but a great customer service environment would have made me over look all the short comings on the food and the cleanliness of the floor. Read moreThis was at 16th/ Baseline, Phoenix. Today Oh Today THEY were NOT ready to OPEN for customers. Hardly NO food was up. NO rice NOR any other foods. I was there about 10:03am AND other customers came in . Several left ( about 3 young women and 1 man). They LOST business 💰. Food came MORE, but NOT all that I wanted. Of course I was charged. I SURE told them my food need be FREE OR at least give me a meal free on my next visit. No reply. I'll sure discuss that with those at company office REAL soon. I thanked the only male cook and Isabel who waited on me and others. SOME we're on lunch break. If manager was late, OR what ever reason food was NOT READY, I believe they should have said truth of why. NO NOTHING was said. I guess she was manager that told me the chicken would take 15 minutes to cook. She asked me did I want to wait. I said been this long. I believe that was around 10:20am or so. When chicken came, Isabel fixed other plates before mine. I called her out after she took the second plate to fill. One woman had nerve to tell me to be patient. I told her I've BEEN patient since I came there FAR before she got there AND to KEEP her NOT knowing to her self. She then lol and I mocked her. When you are doing AND SOME one comes and tells you how to act, I will let you know. I just ordered a double of what I had to NOT keep waiting. Look at ALL those EMPTY...
