I literally waited an hour for my online order. I placed a mobile order before heading over. As I was approaching, I got a notification that my food was really. It wasn't. I perceived it to wait inside the mobile pick-up area. After 20 or so minutes, another customer started complaining about his food taking long. The whole time, they were serving the people in the drive thru and ignoring everyone in the dining area. After 40 or so minutes, 3 separate customers (who were there before me) started getting angry about being ignored. A manager came over and apologized for the wait, saying they were short staffed. On gentlemen voiced his opinion on how she should slow down with the drive-thru orders and focus on the dining area. She proceeded to walk away shouting "your not going to come here and tell me how to do my job." I tried getting a refund, but I was told to call corprate . 10 more minutes passed, and the other costumers started receiving their food, but I was getting skipped. At about the hour mark, I left and jumped in the drive-thru line. At the intercom, he said they couldn't find my order and that it was completed. I disagreed and explained how I've been waiting inside and received nothing. I was told to go to the window. When it was my turn, I finally received my food with a "sorry for the inconvenience" I was happy to get my food. I didn't check the food when i received it, I got to my job, took out my food from the box, and they made it wrong and didn't include any sauces. Myself & 1 Other Co-Worker got Sick the Next Morning while at work & had to go home early in the middle of the day.

Read moreI went to the 24th Street and Baseline location today for lunch. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no onions. It came with onions. No big deal, I would just take it back to the counter and ask for another one.
When I told the woman behind the counter what happened, and showed her my receipt, she tore open my burrito with her hands to show me there were no onions. Ok. Why would she do that? Did she assume I might try to scam Taco Bell out of a 99 cent burrito by lying? And if she was right, would I have to take my now ripped open burrito back and finish it? Despite how disgusted I was by this, I played along and pointed at all the onions. She gave me a cursory, "ok, sorry" and said she'd get me a new one, which she did.
Why did she need to know if I was lying? Is Taco Bell so hard pressed for their supplies that she would need to handle my food this way to prove a point?
