In my quest and trying different deep muscle therapists for old Dave that seems to carry the world on my shoulders and want to be sure I don't shake and cause earthquakes, Michele is great. She really knows the body and her depth of experience with "pains in the neck" like me is obvious. She keeps busy with a wide range of clients from athletes with big muscles that pull out joints to old slobs like me. I have recumbent exercise bike and a weight thing in my living room but just staring at it doesn't help my body.

Having been trained centuries (well decades) ago in Esalen and having taught Esalen massage for couples I know massage from both ends (client and giver), although I have never done professionally. While doing excellent massage Michele and I shared lots of detailed massage stuff. She both knows the massage secrets of the body as well as does an outstanding job on my body that needs deep tissue and trigger point work.

Michele is absolutely the best in the valley for post-surgical lymphatic drainage massage. I had surgery out of state and was scrambling to find someone to do these specialized massages locally. Tried a few places with mixed results and finally found this place and fully intend to stick with it.

She got me in on a Sunday on short notice when I was desperate to get my massage in for the day to stay on track with my surgeon's post-op recommendations, which was a huge relief. She is also extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. Great conversation during the entire massage.

The massage results have been mind-blowing. All the post-op swelling has gone to my hips, and after just two massage sessions, my pants fit better.

One thing to be aware of is that the place is located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator, only stairs, so that could be a challenge for people with certain mobility...
